Have been coming to this place from the day they opened, have had so much fun, it's like it is so easy! The people running the place are a really good bunch of people that just want to get the best from you! Totally recommend. And I am not even a gym guy!
I absolutely love training at Apex Strength! The members are friendly & welcoming. The bootcamp classes are challenging and enjoyable, and we never do the same workout twice. The studio has wide variety of equipment. Toilet & bathroom facilities are available onsite & everything is always clean & tidy. Brendon & Jake are extremely encouraging and super supportive - love your work guys. Highly recommend!
