Our letterbox drops were not delivered to all the areas that we requested we completed our due diligence on our end to confirm whether delivery had taken place direct with clientele and when we approached management for a credit for a job not completed they refused.

Absolute rubbish company for workers. They give you a massive map to complete which literally takes 8 hours to complete. Also they fill up your bag with like 20kg of flyers which is very hard to carry. I told the supervisor I can’t carry this much and he said this job is not for you then. Although in the introductory session they said to carry as much as you can carry. But this is not the case with supervisors. Also not to mention the pathetic pay they give you. I got paid 70 dollars for walking 8 hours.my advise to anyone that’s thinking to work there is DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.they treat you like you are their salve.

The worst service you can get. They promise Heaven and deliver Hell. If you want to waste money engage them. If it is not waste of more money I would have sued them.

We used them a couple of times and we never got one job from the flyers, PLUS we are still waiting for them to finish a job we have paid for. They have no intention of finishing this job and have stopped all contact with us, but have happily taken our money.
If I can help any other small businesses out, don't get caught up with this flyer distribution company, go elsewhere!

We have used APA for printing & distributing our marketing material for 2 years now and we have not been disappointed! Their service has always been professional and consistent and has resulted in some fantastic and genuine leads for our business.

If you're seeking for a job anytime they're here to help you or wanna advertise your business around distributing flyers, then go for it. They're always seeking for good walkers to distribute flyers not at roadside but to the mail boxes.

We spent $700 including flyer printing. The campaign was underdelivered and returned no sales or any website traffic. The route was questioned and key village centres missed. The reply was they ran out of flyers even after returning the excess flyers. 3x months on and no reply for my request for "guaranteed refund" which is advertised on their website. The cost is a risk and happy to test new advertising methods. It's the time wasted chasing up my campaign 40+ emails, no phone calls and as it was done in October and now its February. Poor execution and the worst customer experience. ***Wow thanks for your speedy 6x month reply below. Flyers were not delivered as most were returned. Still waiting for a phone call to resolve this.

They are the only ones I get consistent leads from which is evidence they provide the service they advertise. The GPS tracking is added peace of mind that our flyers are being delivered where we request. We recently contracted with APA to distribute flyers in letterboxes in various suburbs including Chipping Norton. A resident of that suburb subsequently called and said our flyers were thrown in her red bin. I retrieved about 300 flyers, took photos and wrote to this organisation at senior management level. I was told by phone by the sales rep that the staff member involved was no longer working there. I did not receive a written reply to my note. Of concern too was that the GPS maps provided purported to show the distribution was complete where the flyers were in-fact discarded in the bin. They have refused to provide any refund. Regrettably I have no confidence in this organisation and will not be using them again.

Nice staff which were very efficiency and professional. We felt like a valued customer. They were continually updating us throughout the campaign, all our leaflets were distributed on time.
