Amy and Michelle refused multiple times to accept $120 in coins. I was the only person in the bank. They asked me to go to another branch or sort them out by myself.

Historically, this branch is great.

However, it has been closed since 21/7 due to a COVID case from 16/7. Despite it being deep cleaned, WHY IS IT STILL CLOSED?

We had an issue with a deposit at this branch that needs to be resolved AT THAT BRANCH, however we can't, because the branch is till closed.

OPEN THE BRANCH (PLEASE)!

I was on hold for 33 minutes and the persone who picked up the call hang up on me without an answer.
I’m very disappointed with the service from Anz.
I have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is how they respond.

The staff here try there best not to help. A simple smile with an interaction will do fine. The staff at the welcome desk should ware a name tag.

Instead of saying you can do everything online they should provide more assistance.

I have never felt like my business was not worth a penny then when I was at this certain branch.

The staff in this branch is not knowledgeable and struggle to understand situations. I came to get the amount of 1 transaction and it took 30min, no kidding. I wanted another information but I gave up.

I come here multiple times and every time I’d say the experience hasn’t been great. Not that they don’t know how to do their job or anything like that, just the customer service and vibe was lacking. No warm greeting, not thanking customers for waiting or letting them know they’ll be served soon. I even asked one of the ladies how she was going when she started to serve me with no reply. It just seems they’re not too happy to be there I’d say and lack genuine interest.

Avoid this branch at all costs! Consultants don’t know how to do their jobs or manage expectations. Flying blindly and notifying you on your options much later. Could not care any less.

Visited to deposit some coins in the self service coin machine. The machine malfunctioned but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Issue was fixed and gone within 15 minutes.

I always go in the ANZ ATMs because they have the lowest rates for withdrawal of VTM, the Visa travel money, and I am a student so do not have to be wasting money around.

What a bunch of cowboys. I submitted my application for merchant services about two weeks ago. I was told it would take about 7 days to get an answer. Since then I've called the contact number three times to check on my application. Each time I've asked to speak to the Jay Andres, the guy who processed my application. Each time I left a message for him to call me back, and not once has he return my call. If you're thinking about using their services, think twice. Are you going to need to speak to someone on the phone from time to time? If so I suggest going else where because these guys haven't got a clue about customer service or even etiquette!

Great service and quick to work buy the tellers to complete my transactions. If you need a bank this is the place to go!
