Very bad branch.unhelpful stuff.lazy customer service.

I been scammed and as old customer they just left me alone.

Worst customer service ever by a professional Bank employees just don’t care about people they are hiding behind the desk or not making an eye contact just running away from work. Will not recommend to anyone
It was a bit tricky to find the branch when walking from Top Ryde shopping centre. It is located outdoors on ground floor, located in between Sharetea and Sportsgirl. It is opposite CommBank.
I gotta say This branch has the worse customer service on the planet, the staff are lazy and hardly do anything and then get annoyed if you ask
Hey ANZ,
Do you know your customers prefer to do their banking during lunch break? Why do you then shut down the lunch break? And it is not even show on your opening hours so people can avoid wasting their time visiting you! Unbelievable!
If you are going to close your ATM during the lunch period, please have more than one teller on.
Horrible old lady ANZ TOP RYDE inadequate at her Job too, needs some lessons on customer service.
Worst anz ever.so soooo slow and 7 customer waiting and only 1 teller to help and 10 staff walking around. So half hour waiting at least when you visit
One person at the teller and another 4 around just just talking to each other, long queue and no one cares
Teller was so rude and I felt i wasn't welcoming. I went there to deposit my check and she was struggling put it through. The issue was she couldn't find my trading account which is registed on the company account. And she said "if you bring in this again I won't do it next time. It just wasted my time. "

1 hour sitting, two people serving, than system not working, other lady who was free, but didn’t call me.just wasted my time, don’t know about other branches, but definitely don’t come down to this branch, if u have nothing to do.u r most welcome.
Came in to finalise and close an account. I thought it was better that I go in and talk to a human personally, rather than do it over the phone. WRONG. Was told by the teller that my account was now closed. A few months later I received a LETTER OF DEMAND stating that I had unpaid fees. Rang ANZ to ask them why, and they advised I had account keeping fees not paid - this was the account that was meant to be closed! I don't understand why something as simple as closing an account has to be an issue.
Very slow, Never enough tellers, have staff sitting around when they should jump up and serve behind the counter
I wish I could give them 0 star! Came in and stood there for a good 40 min! Only wanted to cash out! One ATM outside of bank was out of order and the other one was not working either but they haven't put the table on it!
Only served 3 people at the desks in this time. Needed to open a new account. When I served, they passive aggrasively told me, I should have cash out from ATM outside of bank and save other's time! Clearly they had NO idea their ATM are not working!
Horrible customer service. They did not even apologies!
