I was helped by Banking Consultant Peter Yi. I found him to be friendly professional & precise when forming my new investment loan. Over all 10/10 for customer service & efficiency in getting my paper work sorted. Happy with the outcome I have received.

Terrible customer service. They struggle to do very simple things such as activating a credit card. I got better service with Westpac and I regret using this bank. It's been nothing but a hassle.
I did went around 11: 15, there’s one staff, her name starts with A don’t want to say her name, so rude, raising her voice towards me, never seen such terrible staff, just feel regretted being a part of ANZ Bank. Never going back there again
Poor customer service. The staff did not understand their own policies. They even raise their voice and argue with customers and did not apologise. When I told the lady that what she told me before and she denied it. I have wasted my time to go this branch twice and no result just to open bank account. I will go somewhere else.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions my appointment was reduced from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. Despite this situation, all my questions were clearly and promptly answered. I got all the information I needed and I'm happy with the service.
If posaible 0 star. They don't care how many people are waiting, just laughing and talking to each other
There are 2 counters, but they only open one. I am wating here more than 30 min without any help offered. If you are business peopele, stay away from this bank. One of worst experience
I am very disappointed with the lack of care coming from a staff member here which I will not mention for his own privacy. He incorrectly provided some false information which cost me a lot of time, which could have easily been prevented by him.
As a first time customer, it leaves a very sour impression on the branch and what they value.
Have visited after the rennovation
Got better and more atms, staff assisting me using the new atm was really kind and cheerful.
I withrherw today but i forgotten my money i wanna ask something but it difficult becus only could call resister.
With only one ATM outside and long queues for the ATM. And long queues inside. But staff members still encourage you to use the ATM. What the? Don't bother coming here!
I have visited the ATM 3 times for some urgent currency deposit in last 1 month but each time found the "smart" ATM to be not working. Causes lot of trouble.
