The worst customet service ever! I just wanted to deposit my money (i cannot deposit through ATM machine) and there was plenty of staff in there but no one care about. I asked them and wait over 15 mins for deposit! OMG.
Just a waste of time. Told to wait 3 min to end up waiting 15 and not being served at all, nobody paid attention or took care of my request. Avoid at all costs
This branch has a terrible service, I came there on the day and was told that need an appointment and that they have no slots available. The bank that does not service it's customers. Staff pretty rude, impatient and not helpful. Do not recomment coming here, waste of my time.
Terrible service ever. Very surprised that bank teller and branch manager can ban customer because we need bank cheques.
I don't recommend going to this branch at all and please avoid this place altogether and go somewhere else.
This is probably one of the worse branches I've been.
When you walk in, almost all staff avoid you. Staff are all from Mainland China. They don't speak English well and when someone redirected me to another person, the Chinese lady was irate, and didn't explain to me 'how' and her tone was aggressive like I was bothering her. I was out of there in a span of a minute and I walked out no clearer than I had walked in.
The male indian (?) staff very unprofessional and unfriendly. The atm machine ate $10000 but just says he can't go out. ANZ staff need better training.
Although for workers they may see the machine eat the money 'frequently' (as he said), for me it was first time it ever happened when depositing money.
So I believe my frustration is normal.
First thing staff should do is apologise for the inconvenice caused and calm the customer down.
Explain if there is a rule that two people needs to come to the atm.
Doesn't even say a word of apologie but says "Can't go out.just wait".
Never using ANZ.
ANZ Phone Customer service (the 131314 no) and James are amazing to help, got my money stuck in atm and not being returned, next day call in the morning and everything being solved instantly - the procedure does really complicated and long which CBA is a lot better at this but the people and service they give is amazing. Thanks for the help!
Want to bank my cheque into my ANZ account and no staffs in this branch know how to do it. The staffs are not trained fully result in them always have to call their support team for next steps. Hence always a huge line of customer waiting in this branch. Avoid at all cost
Poorly trained staff. Met a lady named Elaine, who does not know what she was talking about and provided completely incorrect information and wasted a lot of my time. The branch manager should take the responsibility of ensuring staff member’s professional and ethical training.
I have visited Rhodes ANZ branch numerous times and my experience has always been positive. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
