When I walked into Mosman ANZ Branch I was welcomed by staff and treated with respect. I was able to speak with Anthony the manager and my queries were dealt with efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a loan or any other financial matter.

I grew up in Mosman so I know a bit about the elder people with old money. In their perspective the service may not be perfect but when I visited another branch I can tell ya folks that the crew at Mosman are very warm hearted people. Its Mosman where expectations are top but not all can be satisfied with!

Could not feel more unwelcome at this branch, as a frontline person the lady that served me really needs some 1on1 coaching in customer service.

The worst bank experience ever. Branka the manager was unhelpful, lied about our loan status and caused us so much stress in a loan application. Dealing with this lending manager was like trying to communicate with my foot. Do not use this bank. We took our business elsewhere and had no problems at all.

Really screwed up with the new branch - slow wait times 1 ATM to take the load of work that 3 people used to do at 3 counters.

Can't say that I was processed particularly efficiently when I went to open my account. I was the only customer there when I entered with about 5 staff that I could see. The teller told me to take a ticket and wait, which I did for about 15 minutes only for another guy to walk in and be served for the same purpose with a later ticket. The staff member was nice enough though once I did actually get my turn.
