40min + wait to get my ID verified for an application as ANZ didn't offer me the option to do this online. Asked Michael (guy with the iPad at the front of the store) how much longer the wait was after waiting for 25 mins and he replied that it depended on how many questions the customers being served would ask and that was something he didn't have the ability to estimate. Crazy.

Edit: there ended up being a system error and they couldn't complete the ID verification for me either

Very nice and helpful staff and convenient location, 2 smart ATMs that do almost everything in only 1 minute.

You need to make appointments to get simple banking matters done here. Staff are useless. One staff by the name of Michael (don't think that's his real name) just walks around with an iPad trying to look important.

Store looks great, but not fit for purpose. They have one teller and a queue a mile long. Took me 20minutes to get to the front.

They had 2 people sitting down at empty desks, but they couldn't help because they aren't tellers.

It’s a decent ANZ, however you’ll find incredibly long lines during peak hours. I would advise going during the off-peak hours and preparing everything you need to do beforehand.
