9This is the worse experience ever, no one cares about the matter, don’t come here if you have any choice.
Went to this branch 3: 30PM, ANZ stuff refused to witness my signature on document send to me by ANZ, refused to open a new account for me. Their reason is neither can be done in 30 minutes? ! I'm an existing customer of ANZ, seriously considering switch to other bank now.
You just can’t make every single person happy on earth.
I like this branch, been there a few times and the staff there are always helpful and patience. Got my home loan from ANZ, ANZ Eastwood opened the account for me, fast and reliable, you won’t get any better service than this.
I don't know why people left such a comments to this branch! I have been using this branch nearly 20 years after I got sick of the Commonwealth bank. Most of staffs here are so kind! I know most of Asian staffs and most of them are kind and friendly.
I don’t understand how everyone at this branch can be so rude. From the indifferent indian lady at the front to the Chinese lady who obviously did not seem to have interest in helping me, nor did she seem happy to help- with the monotone in her voice and ignoring of my questions, I left the branch with none of my questions answered. I will go to another branch with better customer service to deal with my issue. If need be I believe I will be changing bank providers.
It is disappointing from a clients point of view to see that a bank with the primary goal of providing banking services hires such employees, and has no such customer service training.
Why can you not call the branch directly? I wanted to postpone a appointment but was only able to talk to a computer, Very poor
Don’t know why ANZ doesn’t put their branch phone number on their website to save customers time and the servicing time, so annoying
Staff isn't helpful at all. Without greeting and unfriendly, let us feel uncomfortable and not welcome. Especially the receptionist who serve us at first point, the way she talk is very rude. I ask her does she speak mandarin or Cantonese and reply NO, but end up she is speak Cantonese with other staff. There is a lot of counter is ready, however it take me wait for more than 30mins to serve.
As my workplace is the office building just next to this branch, I went here yesterday to change my single $50 note to 2*$20 and 1*$10.
The Chinese clerk lady seemed to welcome me but when I told her my purpose, she giggled a bit and asked me "So. Do you want to change your notes? Are you an ANZ customer? ".
And I said "no" (I didn't think I had to say yes in order to change my bill!) and she said "which bank do you use? "
I said "commonwealth bank" And then she said that I have to go to commonwealth bank located opposite side to change the note.
At that time it's my working hours and I needed to quickly finish this task, thus I just walked outside and go inside to commonwealth bank.
Can "only ANZ customers" change their notes?
I was really unpleasant and that was such a horrible experience.
