Every time I go and get cash out the ATM is always out of cash. I’m then left with paying $2.80 to get cash out at another ATM. Disappointing customer service.

I’ve been waited for just to do a $1m TT for business purpose, they need to KYC me first and find out my driver license is expired 1 day! I had renewed in Service NSW even I show them my NSW App a renewed digital license they still wouldn’t accept it! They told me to go home to grab the passport and come back, I went home and came back and I still need to wait more than 30 mins until the front customers been served! Good service

I wasted whole day to just open a business account! This morning 10am at St ives branch, I had an appointment to open a business account, after one hour waiting, the staff there can't do it, they collect all information and send me home, said they are going to open the account and call me after 4pm, and I don't need to come back, but in the afternoon, they called me 4: 38pm with nothing, they said they opened the account but I have to come back to set up the internet banking and to do all other stuff, so after a whole day wait I had nothing done, the horrible service they provided wasted my whole day, and I have to spend another day to go back to there brach to do it! Only ATM still working at this branch

The bank manager Gaya and her team are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. I have known them for years and never disappointed. Best ANZ branch.

Avoid wasting your time for them to address your banking needs. Staffs know nothing of banking application. They just do try and error without any outcome.

I received one of the best Customer services in this ANZ Branch. The branch manager and the staff have been extremely helpful and kind to listen to my requirements keenly, understand and then provide me with the options that work best for my needs. The staff is very skilful to handle the changes to the account as well. This is by far one of the best ANZ branches out there. Thanks you for all the help. Much appreciated.

Waited one hour for ID verification, allow people to push into queue even when you made an online appointmenet. Guess home loan is more lucrative than other customets

Unhelpfull and useless. Refused to check account details of a company to ensure I was depositing into the right account, even though I provided them the details.
Provided written instructions for transfer of funds and what to write in the description field, which they totally ignored. Thanks ANZ!

Some of the worst service ever… can’t anz hire someone is more efficient? We knew it’s Covid restriction. They simply refuse to serve customers (not allowing me to walk in) also refuse to give their customer a face mask.just because of I forgot to bring one due to the restriction happens a few hours ago. Really? ! They even warn you saying police will come and catch me? … seriously.how they said that to a customer?

The staff at this branch are simply outstanding. A warm welcome always awaits on arrival, everyone is ready and willing to help in any way possible. They have a 'can do' attitude and they think progressively and outside the box to make things happen for their customers, which is extremely rare (if not non-existent) in most banks. I have banked with them for over 18 years and they have helped me navigate a wide variety of financial needs. Anima, Fong and Gaya in particular have gone out of their way to assist and guide - often under very tight timelines. This team have actually found a way to make banking a really enjoyable experience. Can't speak highly enough of them!

Never have I come across such professional service from a Bank. I have always received a warm welcome from this team on every visit and then there is always more than one banker who comes out to help. Nothing is a problem for this team and they are always professional, helpful and look Fabulous too!
