Anytime Fitness Revesby

Usually very clean and many attendees follow the covid rules. Has a large variety of machines and equipment for a great workout. However, during peak hours most of the time people park in the drive way entering the carpark and causes a hazard when people are trying to enter and leave the carpark. I wished anytime would help minimise this, as there is plenty of parking in the street.

It's a large gym with everything, but full of arrogant and gross people who don't wipe down the equipment or rerack the weights.

The Gym and the equipment itself is great.
In comparison to the other Anytime Fitness gyms this one is not so good.
No decent costumer service. No TV on any of the equipment which I have complained about for the last 6 months and still nothing has been done.
Terrible A/C unit.
Some of the staff are good but some are rude and do not seem to care about the clients using the gym.

Great gym huge open floor area and plenty of equipment. But please less gangsta rap and angry hip-hop. Its depressing and de-motivating.

Having been to numerous AF gyms this is one of the bigger ones. Great equipment and you never have to wait too long especially during peak periods. Staff aren't that friendly and it would have been nice to be acknowledged as you walk past a member of staff but not a big enough issue to lose a star.

Big and full of equipments that u can access it in easy way and that are located in big area so you can train without feeling that you are in a packed environment

I was genuinely so excited to join a gym that's a minute away from my house

It took 5 phone calls to finally get through to enquire about rates and PT sessions, and finally when the representative did answer - she sounded completely disinterested with full throttle attitude in her tone

It was shocking and disgusting to be spoken to the way she was. "whats your joining fee? " -$100, no can't waive it. I DIDNT EVEN ASK IF YOU COULD WAIVE IT
"What time do you close on Friday" -4PM "But it says 430 on your site" - oh yea but nah 4. Um ok?
"my brothers on 29.90 a fortnight can you -NO.

She was filthy and a horrid person to speak to
She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before abruptly shutting me down with rejection
I am definitely taking this to corporate when I find the time, my call logs statw exactly what day and time i called to match with your roster young lady.
No customer nor person for that matter deserves to be spoken to like that as a first time enquiry

Shame on you woman and please go so some soul searching because your bitterness was abundantly obvious through the phone

You have no customer service skills let alone people skills

Anytime, please reconsider the people you hire to represent your gyms as this woman seems to be pushing customers away rather than recruiting

Disgusting

Its clean but really disappointed with one of the personal trainers and one of the receptionist who always has attitude with everyone that comes to train, part of being a great personal trainer is to be friendly and this guy is definetely not which is why he's not flat out with clients so this all speaks for itself, this has made me extremely uncomfortable whilst training so luckily for me i only train there once a week. Next time im in i will definetely be having a chat to the owner whos a lovely guy and will be informing him of what's happening while he's away. Very disappointing!

Pleasantly surprised by the the way it has been upgraded by new management.a lot of effort has gone into the gym. It's a large gym with room to move around

A good gym in general, spacious, lots of equipment and a good atmosphere.

But 2 things are really annoying.
-toilets generally dirty with single ply toilet paper that tears as soon as you pull it
-a bubbler that gives you water warmer than normal tap water

Easy problems to fix. So fix em.

The best Anytime Fitness I've ever been to, staff are epic, huge spacious gym with lots of good equipment!

The gym overall is really good, it's very spacious and always has what you need. The only issue is the air con is not great and it gets really hot in summer. The staff honesty aren't the friendliest, Elena is the exception to this as she is always very friendly and welcoming. Majority of the staff won't greet you or smile at all and do their best to ignore you. This isn't a big deal, but if they were friendly it would make you feel a lot more welcome and at ease in the gym.

Awesome gym heaps of space all the right equipment also you dont feel closed i, plenty of parking, 3 showers and 3 separate change rooms. Pump iron

Worst gym no equipment is properly put back. Always constantly cold and roof leaks when it rains. Gym has a great potential with its space but the lack of equipment makes me never want to return to this gym.

Old-school warehouse vibe with no segregation between areas. Benches are very dated and some machines are a bit worn out but you definitely feel like you've got loads of space which is something anytime fitness gyms rarely have especially in peak times.

New location is great with new equipment being added
Easy parking
Very big lots of room (the biggest I’ve been too and I go to quite a few as I work as as sales rep on the road)
Friendly and helpful staff

A comprehensive gym which is only let down by the many large mosquitoes which plague the inside at night time

Convenient parking right outside gym.gym is decently sized and only gets slightly crowded for about 2 hours of the day. The equipment is great quality and very modern.always clean and tidy and staff are nice.don't expect anything fancy in terms of extra activities or professional advice.

I'm a member of this gym, which also entitles me to use any other gym in this large chain. The space is large and well ventilated, with new equipment and not too much of a crowd. Highly recommended!

Great range of equipment for all muscle groups. Wish there were more toilets for the busier times
