Too busy, never professionally clean, and they continue to try and get more people in.

I got annoyed when they screwed up my pass and I couldn’t get into a gym for three weeks but they wouldn’t refund me that time.

Super clean space with a great range of equipment. Staff are really friendly and the manager Tom was inviting and knowledgeable.

Excellent gym, the guys at the front desk are the best and the gym has everything you need for a complete routine.
I highly recommend this place.

Anytime Fitness Kensington is a really supportive place with very helpful and lovely staff. Especially Tom. Although my friend and I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the personal trainers called Jennifer upon first meeting her. She appeared very uninterested and dismissive towards us when we were asking about the complimentary personal training session. It was said that as we both have our own personal PTs we are apparently unable to make use of the free session. She later called to offer the session but since our first and only encounter we have been put right off. You could tell she wasn't interested in helping us. It's very upsetting seeing a PT or anyone in the gym acting this way especially to people new to the scene

Cleanliness, staff are observant and greet everyone. Gym floor is well prepared and has great equipment.

I just want to say that the staff of this gym are absolutely amazing. If you ever have doubts about joining a gym, then I strongly recommend this gym since its amazing!

This is the best gym in Kensington, I always look forward to seeing the manager Tom and his friendly team! The gym itself is always clean, it has a great atmosphere and I love training there?

Such a great gym! New to anytime fitness and wasn’t sure what to expect of a 24hr gym but it’s so clean, organised and with so many equipment options! Everything you’d expect of a well facilitated gym that’s conveniently located in Kensington with parking convenience. So glad I checked it out!

Very bad customer service. Today I got my friend with me to show anytime fitness. At the door a person asked him very unnecessary question as how serious is he. Mainly stuffers are rude and don’t know anything about rules of the club and they just comment everything which they should not. Don’t lock your self into busy and rude service.

Tom is an amazing manager, always looking after the members and ensuring the towel policy is enforced plus one of the cleanest gyms I been to.

Really enjoyed my experience at Anytime Fitness Kensington. Although I was a member for a short period the staff and management were very welcoming and positive during my gym sessions and made me feel comfortable and included. Great selection of equipment and I look forward to returning next year to see all the new additions they will make to the space!

Best gym I’ve been to. Staff members are very friendly and welcoming. Equipments are well maintained and constantly cleaned. Look for the manager Tom and you’ll be guaranteed a great workout here!

Amazing staff that really make the club feel like a family! The equipment is always well maintained and the cleanliness is top tier

This has to be the best Anytime fitness facility that I have ever been to! The space is so clean, modern and an excellent size. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and will always say hi when I go to train. I feel very safe and appreciated when training here! Absolutely love it!

Great well run gym with friendly staff.
Does get busy at peak times but it has a good atmosphere, members and staff are very hygiene conscious too.
My first time using Anytime Fitness and very impressed.
