Anytime Fitness

I walk here to lift weights and now i look good because of it. Kinda small though, but 5 stars because i like it

Quakers Hill Anytime Fitness is great gym with all the gym equipment i required and all the Trainers and staff are lovely.

Edit to old review; Was previously a small tight gym with poor air circulation. Since renovations it is very much improved and is a great gym. I got my mum some PT sessions with Danielle as a gift and she absolutely loved them. I highly recommend this gym.

I have used Anytime fitness at Quakers Hill for more than 9 years and has met all the needs of my own training, as a Personal Trainer i think it is important to project the right image to clients and AFQH makes this possible for me

About 40% of machines are broken. There is no indicated formal way to stop my gym membership. It's quite small and cramped especially in the afternoon/evenings. Would increase my review if the equipment was actually fixed.

Do not attend this centre!
We moved over to this centre from Parramatta, we called multiple times in 2019 and 2020 to cancel our membership and as we've lost our tag we were told to send the lady a text message or email with the request and she would sort it. Naturally we sent as text as we just got off the phone with her.

The membership never stopped, then Covid hit in 2020 and we thought, let's support our local gym and since they haven't cancelled our account we will revist the matter at a later date.

Come 2021 we tried to cancel again, but this time we didn't receive any call backs when we called, as we've not visited the centre for more than a year, we finally had to cancel our Card on file just to stop the payments at the end of 2021!

They are now coming back trying to charge us for the 3 or 4 months from which we cancelled our card when we tried to support them for over a year even though we couldn't attend.

Customer service is atrocious
we were told to send an email now as that is the only formal way to cancel our membership and that management would take a look at the case.
Today we get a call from their credit agency chasing payments!

Way to collect a couple hundred $$ to trample on the people that was doing right by you!

- WILL NEVER TELL YOU IF YOU TENURE IS MATURED AND STILL TAKE MONEY.
- SMELLY FLOORS AND MATTS
- SMELLY INTERIOR.
- NEVER WIPED EQUIPMENTS.
- NO HELP PROVIDED BY THEM AT ANY TIME OF YOUR TENURE.
- NEVER RETURN BACK YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS IN TIMELY MANNER.

Point to note, there is no studio available!

Solid gym that provides a good variety of machinery and equipment for your fitness goals. The employees there are great and helpful. However the only flaw this gym has is that it's small and becomes very crowded if you visit during busy times. Hence the 4 star rating.

Great facility, awesome environment to achieve your fitness goals. Heavily equipped, very clean and friendly staff.

Worst customer service from top management to other staff, please avoid to go this particular center

Very small gym. Hard to train between 4-7PM.worst thing is lack of ventilation and also I am not sure if AC works 24*7 or not.
