The staff make this place feel like home! Very personable and always so caring for their members. I have been training at Rockdale since I moved to the area and It’s one of the best gyms just due to the team that run the show there! Love you guys?

Staff is great and make you feel very comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Jayda who always helps me when I have questions. She’s a keeper!

Anytime Fitness Rockdale is a recently constructed site for this chain.

The usual std of heavy duty gear is here, there's a mezzanine deck for cardio and some weights.

The gear is more or less grouped logically, so you can superset.

Aircon on a 27 degree day was marginal, but it's a converted industrial unit, so more money needed to be spent on the ceiling insulation than it got.

Circulation space on the floor is typical for AF, ie a bit tight, but it's certainly OK.

Lots of gear, and options, so the Saturday afternoon I was there, no waiting, and supersets as I chose, ie the adjacent machine tended to be free.

All good! Another site for the AF steamroller.

Great and CLEAN venue.
Staff are great and friendly and are willing to help out or just have a chat.

A good selection of equipment and just finished a recent renovation to make a whole new functional training area.

Good vibe and good atmosphere.

Amazing venue! It’s just been refurbished and is a great space. Feels really comfortable as a female training there cause of the layout. Would highly recommend!

Good gym but more pricey than their fellow AF sister gyms. Go there for sure, but not too much!
The layout is tops. They have pretty much everything you need. It's acceptably clean most of the time. The staff is excellent, and Stacey is smokin!

Best gym in Rockdale! Love this gym as the staff are so friendly and inviting. Every single time I walk into the club I feel so welcomed and they are always keeping the gym floor spotless!

Legit the gym to train at, staff take the cake on this one with them being so positive and friendly making my time at the gym so much more welcoming and joyful. Equipment well maintained and great selection.

Terrible attitude from the staff, if you are Asian or Middle Eastern looking, they will treat you like you are 2nd class citizen.

2 days ago I was working out with my friend. We were talking (in our language) bout our workout routine, when afrockdale staff walks us and tells us that we are talking too loudly and disrupting other member’s workout. Like what? To be honest we weren’t that loud. I don’t understand. I have seen other members (a group of guys) talking really loud (in English) and laughing in the gym and nobody has a problem but we were 2 brown guys talking in our language, the staff had an issue. She told us to not talk loudly in a way that made us fee like we were not part of anytimefitness, that we were outsider and that we were not welcome there. I think anytimefitness should look at how diverse their members backgrounds are and start to think bout training it’s staffs about respecting the diverse culture and language of its members. After all in Australia there are more than 100 languages spoken by its people from multicultural background. Its bout time anytimefitness bring bout the change in its multicultural awareness among its staffs.

Really enjoy going to this gym, nice staff, good equipment and a good range of machines. Quite a high joining fee but weekly fee is decent enough and you can use any Anytime Fitness gym.

Everyone is so friendly and always up for a chat! It really feels like a community, and the gym is always super clean:)

Great gym for a good work out to, always greeted with a smile if you need help the girls are always willing to give a hand.
