Best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Not sure what’s better the actual equipment and cleanliness or the staff who’ve made me feel part of the family from day 1.

Excellent gym. Great variety of quality equipment and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Lots of equipment to keep you occupied. Facilities are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and always willing to help out!

Don’t really appreciate the pungent aromas from the unclean toilets permeating my work outs.

Recommend this gym to any person who is starting their fitness journey. Great environment, staff and equipment which will make you happy and motivated to work out.:)

2.5 stars: closer to 3 than 2 though.

Fairly cramped, quite clean, the flooring near the barbells is stupidly sponge-y and thick. It's an anytime fitness: what do you expect?

Haven’t been here for a while and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

You really need to get proper wet wipes like other anytime gyms I’ve been too, cheap paper towels and spray bottles just sent sufficient sorry.

Everyone picking up the spray bottles isn’t real hygienic!

Nicely fitted bathrooms but not maintained, to dirty with mould on tiles my feet are dirty when I step out the shower walking on the floor, it really needs to be cleaned a whole lot better.

Carpet needs attention before someone injures themselves.

Have been really disappointed with AF for a while now.
Throughout COVID, there were many times when there was no sanitiser or paper towel to wipe down equipment - sometimes having to use cheap toilet paper which is completely ineffective.
The air conditioner is never on cool enough if on at all. Seriously guys, it’s a gym where people sweat - turn in the air!

Today, after months of being closed, none of the cardio equipment had been plugged in and turned on prior to reopening. Goes to show how much they value their customers.
I’m switching gyms even though I have to travel further.
AF Willoughby is a massive disappointment.

Good clean gym with great bathrooms. Plenty of racks and all the machines that you need are there along with 2 lat pull down machines. Its just missing a hammer strength shoulder press and an ab machine for it to be the complete ultimate gym.

Such an incredible affordable gym, has all the equipment you need and all the trainers and staff are so helpful whenever you need it. I have been a member since 2017 and couldn't say a single bad word about it.

Quite literally the worst anytime fitness I have been to. Cost cutting all the way. Charging members full fees despite pathetic limited opening hours. No communication.

Anytime Fitness Willoughby has a great layout and tons of space. There is a great variety of gym equipment, and pretty much everything you could ask for. Their attention to cleanliness has really eased my worries about going to the gym during this pandemic.

Love the atmosphere the managers and PTs bring to anytime Willoughby. 100% would recommend this gym to anyone.
