Anytime Fitness

Decently sized gym, the two half racks mounted to the wall are desperately lacking plates, there are only four Olympic 20KG plates between the two racks and the nearby landmine bar.

Gym is ok and amenities are nice but it's way too overpriced for what it is. Not to mention they don't even have free wifi.

Well what can I say I’ll try and be as gentle as I can.firstly the Gym is soo dirty stains all over the seats the floor is disgusting has it ever been cleaned? The machines that are 90% are soo loose I was afraid to use them in case they broke personal this had to be the worst AT in Sydney that I’ve came across obvious the owners don’t care about the Gym and or clients shame on you! It’s owners like this need to get out of the Health & Fitness game! And in the area it’s situated in WOW!

Love the clean feel of the place.
Staff are friendly.
Love their wipe system where they have proper dispensers, makes cleaning down of equipment so much easier!
Like the area upstairs for cardio and warmup and stretching.

I’ve joined anytime fitness for 1 year. Cancelled as I joined another gym with other services like spa and pool. However my time at anytime fitness was good. Staff was good. Cancelling membership and joining was easy.

Kerri and the team at AF Norwest are super friendly, helpful and very professional! I have been going to this gym for many years now and it's definitely one of the better gyms in the area. It has everything you need for a great workout, and the members are always friendly and approachable, if you're after a chat. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

Love this gym! Kerrie is the best manager and the actual layout of the gym is unbeatable. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, good range of equipments, 5 shower rooms and 2 changing rooms. Overall very spacious and open with skylight windows, bushy outlooks and loads of cardio/ stretching and weights areas

This gym is big and spacious, but it has almost half the amount of equipment that local gyms have. What's the point of having space when it's not even utilised, most of the time the benches are in use even at quiet times. More equipment is needed, even more benches.

Last night I went into the gym at Norwest with my friend at around 6: 15pm, as I was walking into the gym there was another person walking out and she held the door open for me and my friend, but we still tapped in when we walked in. The staff member her name was Lana yelled something we thought she was talking to the person sitting with her in the reception bit as they were being loud and laughing when we had walked in. But she was yelling at me and my friend as we walked in, we did not hear her properly. My friend thought she had said show me your tag so we both showed our tags and then kept walking up the stairs she then yelled something and chased after me. She then got very close to me pointing in my face telling me not to walk away from her, I am disrespectful and rude! I honestly did not know what was going on. She then aggressively says that I did not tap in & that I need to scan my tag again.
She then continues to carry on following me closely saying when I tell you to stop you stop. I then went to tap in and apologised saying I did not hear her, and I thought she was talking to the friend sitting with her, she then continued to get in my face pointing at me with her nails in my face saying she did not care. I told her she was being rude to me, and it was unnecessary the way she was treating me & she continued to get aggressive and told me I was rude for walking away and she will kick me out of the gym, I then said I don’t want to be at this gym and left the gym. Lana made me feel so uncomfortable and threatened by getting so close to my face. I already get anxiety going to the gym having something like this happen has made me quite hesitant to return to a gym, I will definitely not be returning to this gym.

ALSO, after checking my anytime app visit history, it DOES show that I tapped my tag in and the whole situation was so not needed.
I then went to Baulkham Hills anytime. They made me feel quite welcomed.

These clowns keep abusing my phone. I signed up once just to see the pricing but expressly selected not to call me, they now call me 3 times a day and send spam messages daily.

The best service from any other gym I called before signing up. The staff were informative and tried to help as much as they could before I committed. Good rates and nice and clean place

Pathetic gym ever. I can't believe the centre manager is such a big theif. Seriously the centre manager of bella vista branch is rude and asks for $100 from people for no bloody reason.

Amazing Gym in Belle Vista. The place is good has good equipments for exercise. My PT is amazing he will make you work hard. Remember you lose weight in kitchen and not gym.

The gym has a good amount of equipment, but the cleanliness is not fantastic as weights aren't put away by members or staff from the looks of things after multiple visits.

Very clean and neat. Heaps of parking spaces available and usually not so crowded during weekdays.

Social distancing is non existent. The 'hygiene' station is constantly out of supplies. Also the antibacterial wipe holder is either empty or overflowing with tissues late at night. I have seen people walkway after using equipment without a towel and no wipe down.

I want unsubscribe my account 3 months back, but staff told me to freeze my account for next 3 months and if i need to continue i can, but if I don’t they will unsubscribe my account, yesterday i saw my money deducted from my accounts and today i went there for explanation, so WHY i was not got informed for reactivates my account and why the hell they don’t inform you for future payments will deduct from your account for particular date, so a person can make arrangements to meet them from busy life. There are heaps of explanations from their side “SO YOU CANNOT DO MUCH “ I really unhappy for that kind of service

BAD BODY ODOUR ALERT- Literally 2 mins away from me but the constant BO is such a deterrent that I go to another anytime 20 mins away. Don't train here unless you like working out in an armpit

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I got told they would match my $13 a week plan from another anytime, got this confrimed 5 times that the price would not change, No joke the day i transfered they had increased my plan to $18 a week. DO NOT TRUST THIS GYM.
They do not care about your fittness goals just your money.
