I love AF and Group Fit too. I joined AF after the gym I’d been to for 22 years shut in Covid time. AF rules! I attend Group Fit classes here 6 days a week and the downstairs gym on Sundays and whenever else I can make it. I jump out of bed every morning now. It’s a way of life. Feels great every day. I’ve gotten into the shape I’ve always wanted since I was 15 by coming here. Many thanks to the very professional staff for the inspiration and perspiration!

I Love group fit. Have been a member from the start. And Ben the trainer continues to bring an upbeat energy that has pushed me and helped me drawer on strength that I didn’t know I had.

Love the gym, but at the moment it smells like farts. Would benefit from a standup calf machine.

The staff and crowd make anyone feel welcome and part of a fitness community, has everything you need to work on getting those abs or biceps and maybe make friends along the way

Great gym. Open 24 / 7.
Went at 1am the other morning. Only 1 other person there. Great gym.

Appalling administration and with total lack of communication or consideration for members.

The gym lacks a variety of equipment compared to other Anytime Fitness gyms. The Glebe branch has old equipment that requires replacement. Upstairs is always occupied due to Group Fitness, which causes downstair to be very busy during the peak hours

There was no communications when the price of my membership increased from $70 per month to $103 a month.

Anytime Fitness has gyms in many different locations, which makes it popular and this is very convenient for me.

I started working out here since I arrived in Australia (9 months ago) and I have been enjoying it so far. It's not expensive. They gave a wide variety of equipment. Plenty of space to train, clean spaces and the staff is very friendly. Plus with your key after your first month you can enter any other anytime fitness around if you desire which is pretty convenient if you stay out of town for a few weeks.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while and I always enjoyed it, but now I’m into their group classes (Group Fit) and they are more than I expected super fun and challenging. Highly recommended.

Signed up @ Glebe many years ago. It has pretty average equipment, (though thats all you need) it has an awesome vibe, very spacious with 2 levels.
I've scouted out other gyms around the area and by far GLEBE would have to be by far my favourites.
I would give it 5 stars though nothing is ever perfect.
A huge shout to the most recent manager who is running the show, always on top of task and making sure everyone is happy.
If equipment is broken he'll make sure it's fixes. Other gyms you'll being waiting on weeks for a cable to be replaced.
Not having a machine operating means trainers won't be happy and will train else where.
It's a bit unfortunate management come and go, there have definitely been some shockers, they know who they are. The PTs well there is many but there is one who us great @ his job and makes sure his clients reach there goals.
I could go on though just finished my session, and I'm struggling to hold my phone up ️ I'm hungry.

So if anyone is looking @ this review and want to sign up, this is the place where you'll feel comfortable and satisfied.

Clean & well maintained- great location! After gym you can easily find healthy foods options around u in the beautiful neighborhood of Glebe

It has been 4 years after a review been log and someone follows up. In short the manager (a lady) of the place was very arrogant, impolite and did not show up on the time agreed to show me around of the gym. If the owner is indeed the manager i.e. The lady. Then I am totally wasting my time to even updating this review, since, I am not sure how we can change the owner, of fix her mind set.

I have been used Glebe anytime since 2016, and now I am deciding to go with Plus fitness. Because the old facilities are only worth $66 a month, now they open 1st floor open space but occupied all the time during the day for their paid classes. The main gym machines are still old as 6 years ago. However the fee has been increased to $82.11.

Plus fitness has all new facilities with only $60 a month membership fee, with less people around. The only thing that I don't like Plus gym always keeps aircon on and it is a bit too chill. I like sweating and detoxing that's the point to do exercises.

Overall, at the stage, it is not wise to increase the price as you have a new competitor with better facilities.

Thanks Anytime Fitness to make gym available everywhere & accessible 24 hrs this is the best gym option for busy persons!

Recently renovated gym! Great staff that go above and beyond to help. Has all the equipment you will ever need downstairs and a modern open upstairs with squat racks, more weights and boxing equipment!

Recently started going 7 weeks ago and haven’t look back since!

Unfortunately I have to change my review I requested my cancellation because I move to another country and they still charging me. I had to report the situation. Very scam behaviour anytimes fitness Glebe

Olivia is so lovely and nice! Such a positive vibe and her customer service is the best I have ever come across AF!

The gym manager didn't cancel my gym membership & continued to debit my account when i had provided months notice in advance to cancel. I am not on an on-going membership. I requested to cancel at the end of my 12month term last year in September.

Just need clean more the equipments! I have been seeing the cleaner staff only clean the dust. Overall good.

Gym is ok. Fairly small but I understand there is only limited space. Appears in need of a refurbishment. Definitely needs a clean. The AC vents directed towards the cardio section are FILTHY. That is directed right into people's faces. Could easily be done by the staff member sitting in the office on the computer in 10 minutes. They look like they have never been cleaned.
