Great gym with a wide range of equipment, it’s always kept clean and well looked after. The staff are always friendly and available to help whenever a member is in need. It’s very close to the train station and bus stops so it’s very convenient for those who work

I enjoy this gym. It's in a good location and has a good staff. But the members can be a bit offputting.

No one wipes down their equipment after. I've seen sweaty butt crack imprints quite a few times.

Also, no one re racks. Re racking is like a virus. If everyone is doing it, no one won't. Likewise, if everyone doesn't bother, no one will.

But overall, I enjoy it and will continue to go there. Every gym has its problems.

Went for a trial - it was fun but I felt like the trainers weren’t helping at all. Pulled a muscle in my back for doing fast jerking movements I wasn’t used to.

Signed up for a weeks free trial and got slugged with a $70 fee for the key fob after I decided not to continue. Called the Anytime Fitness customer care line and spoke to a Samantha Ferrero (someone who has the warmth and bedside manner of malaria). Was threatened with further fees. Gave up and decided to cut my losses.

Gym also smells slightly of onion dip.

Have received from eCollect regarding cancellation fee overdue, it seems like no one will reply cancellation email and let customer know what we are supposed to do. I have email the owner about end of september still keep receiving email from eCollect but nil email from Anytime fitness, Can not understand how this work, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL NO RESPECT!

Hi lower level of Gym stinks badly, Usually it's like sweat smell can management please do something about it? Would appreciate it!

I've been with this club for a few years now, but I feel like it's time for a change. The place does stink - mainly due to the hygiene habits of many of the clientele. I'm constantly wiping down equipment after members who couldn't careless. The size is a little too small. Some of the equipment is crammed up too close to one another and the place is packed between the hours of 5-8pm. Make sure you put in earbuds if you're on the treadmill downstairs, as the weight room is above and members are constantly dropping weights to the floor which sound like explosions underneath! Too many members, gym too small. Worse, they hardly never turn the air con on downstairs. They have three separate units on the lower floor, and each time I go, rarely will they have one operating. It's a sauna! I actually prefer Anytime Fitness at Marrickville, or Five Dock - which is spacious and cleaner.and cooler!

This anytime fitness club is okay, has all the basic facilities and is moderately busy most of the time. The bathrooms are not clean and the staff are pushy in getting you to sign up.

Good range of equipment and 24/7 availability. Convenient location near the train station and ashfield cbd. Enough equipment available that you never have to wait for other people. Clean toilet and changeroom facilities. Helpful staff. New outdoor fitness area available too. Reasonable rates for a gym of this size and quality

What a great gym! Awesome equipment, friendly staff and trainers.
The gym was really clean and had all my favourite machines.

Has everything you need, not enough open space and a bit expensive but convenient location and modern equipment.

The best Anytime fitness for me in the Inner West. Space, space and more space, that's what it is! Been going here for over 2 years now and have never seen the floor overcrowded. It all comes down to the floor area and the clever placement of equipment.

I've been to quite a few of the Anytime fitness clubs in Sydney, but nothing fulfils my workout more than the one I pump out at Ashfield.

Welcoming environment where I always get a g'day from the team. Also, great facilities which are extremely clean compared to other gyms.

Recent renovations has improved the gym drastically with more squat racks and new weights. However ventilation in the second level hasn't improved.

Plenty of space. Plenty of machines. Clean and well maintained. Clients have good hygiene and don't stink up the place like in Campsie franchise.
