Anytime Fitness

Been training here for a couple months now, love the facility and gym equipment, the manager Ash is very friendly and easy to approach and talk to, equipment is always clean and tidy and is the entire facility, 10/10 recommend getting a membership and training here as you won’t be disappointed.

Without notification they just charged me with $7.50. I do have amount to be paid in my account but in most the time says bounced and charged me extra 7.5$ with out any notice.

Very nice gym, clean and equipped with so many machines. Staff are friendly and supportive.

Club is very chill, PTs are great prices and the equipment have a wider variety than other places

Because I can’t give 0 stars. Staffed times are inconvenient for people that hold very busy roles and have very busy lives. So trying to cancel your membership is a night mare when you have many competing priorities because they want you to come in so they can’t ask that you stay with them.sighhhhhh. I’ve been now waiting outside the club for over 30 minutes waiting for staff to man the floor, during my own work hours…

After receiving a threat in the mail that they were going to take me to court for 80 something dollars. I went down to the club, cancelled my membership.
I delt with a girl named Sarah who was of no help. I paid the outstanding and the remainder of my contract in full to cancel my membership.
I asked for the owner to call me back.

I emailed the club on the 5th of November 2021 (today is the 4th of January 22) to have the owner call like Sarah promised. I am yet to receive a phone call or a formal appoloie from the owner.

Please take your hard earned money to the likes of plus fitness.

I will also now email the head office.

It seems this place don't answer from their current members thinking they might end up losing customers etc. When called with non member mobile phone they managed to pick up the phone but with current members phone not a single time they answered. Fishy.

This has to be the cleanest, nicest gym in the Southwest. Love this place! Well lit, clean and they use proper wipes here!

Anytime fitness is hands down serving hygiene and great quality service with top tier machines! If I was not relocating I would have stayed here for a life time CJ is magnificent and really pushed it over the line for me! Alsooo Kade the PT is the one to go to for some serious goal smashing conversations! Both individuals were an absolute pleasure!

Great gym, always clean. Amenities are of good quality and there is quite a large and varied selection of exercise equipment. Trainers and Team are always friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Anytime Fitness Campbelltown Mall

I really wanted to rate No star. Nothing has changed, only the staff office has been Renovated 5 star.
I do not recommend this Gym they have gone backwards.

The gym has the same equipment as there old gym. Limited car spaces due to being at the mall. 2 price increases within the year. First increase without notice. 2nd increase recieved very late and it did not give me enough time to transfer. Manager is very condescending towards the customers in resolving issues. Her reply was did I read the T&Cs.

Dont bother signing up. You are better off joining gyms that are alot bigger and cheaper than anytime fitness campbelltown. Whatever deal you get forget about it there are hidden fees in their terms and conditions according to there manager that they can increase the prices on the customers at any time.

I tried quitting at the start of the year and staff told me that If I did I will never get the same price again so I stayed on. They assured me it will never change so I didnt quit. Not even 6 months they give all there long time customers price increases stating due to renovation. But in fact it's due to the rent increase.

(Reply to owner) Pathetic response. You act like those car parks are for your shop only. 300 k to have if not the same machines. 500k worth of renovation you're kidding. Pretty average.

25% LARGER what the TOILETS is that all. Ok I'll give you that, larger toilets so that is where the 25% is. I guess that's where 25% of peoples workout is now. Get out of here.

Im sure this is just a pathetic excuse of just overcharging customers and pocketing it for yourselves. Dont make excuses just say you want to make profit.

I'm still waiting for my signed copy of my contract or is that lost in Australia post aswell. I'm sure you wouldn't move somewhere if you knew you would lose money. Promise the world when you sign up but after you been there for 10 years means nothing. Just neglect all your long term loyal customers.

(Update) upon receiving my contract page 2 was missing how can you trust these guys not only they are deceiving about the price increase but they tamper with the contracts. Just copy and past the updated terms and conditions. Where is page 2.1 and 3 is there where is page 2?

My old gym. Pricey, outdated and minimal parking. Staff were barley present and did not interact with any members. Facilities were average, however its a great introduction into the gym atmosphere.

Amazing gym, large size with great facilities. Will definitely be going to this gym over other Anytime Fitness locations as others are too small. Very friendly staff also!

Rach is great, always smiles and greets you when she's there. It is a great community at Anytime Campbelltown and getting bigger. It's one of my favourite places to be.

UPDATE: The new location is absolutely stunning. There is so much space, new equipment. Has to be the best Anytime Fitness to go to. 5+ stars.

Anytime fitness Campbelltown is like a home away from home. All the staff make you feel welcome, club manager Rachele always takes time so say hello, have a great day, while using your name given it a more personal touch. The personal trainers have extensive knowledge, and will give you pointers if you ask. All this equals friendly environment.

Anytime Fitness Campbelltown wouldn’t be the place it is without Rach! She knows everyone by name, is always available to help and chat. She is great to work with and a wonderful manager. Check out the PT’s here too ;)
