Absolutely love this AF location! Rose is an exceptional manager and really takes care of each and every member with love. The gym is always super clean, has new equipment, large 3 level space and super friendly staff. I recommend.

I recently joined this gym, and I'm loving it! The ambiance is fantastic, the receptionist is incredibly friendly, and they have plenty of machines for a great workout. I also appreciated the informative tour. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff who are very clear about details when signing up. Very nice and clean gym and equipment.

I just enrolled for the first time. Staff is awesome and good hospitality. She is willing to explain everything I need to know for fitness. And the price is affordable. Atmosphere is amazing. Gym stuff are great. I have a good vibe there.

First time training here, this place has enough equipments and there are two levels of weights area upstairs and upon entry are cardio machines and bathroom at the back. Gym was getting fairly busy after 2pm

Overall good experience. Better than other anytime branches. Staff are professional with experienced trainers. Some equipment is a bit worn out, but definitely has more than other gyms.

I've been to multiple Anytime Fitness gyms around Sydney, and I have to say the Bankstown one is definitely the best in terms of size (3 floors!), and the number of available equipment for use. The place is clean, nicely air-conditioned and spacious.

I do not understand why I AM BEING CHARGED WHILE IN A PANDEMIC? !? ! Currently in a lockdown and still they are taking the fee as if I am going in and working out.
I did not even get the option to even freeze my account or even cancel my membership. THIS is ridiculous, if someone can explain this that would be great otherwise I will take the evidence and get a refund of the money they too unnecessarily during this entire lockdown.

This is by far the biggest anytime I have ever seen. The selection of equipment is awesome.
Plus the staff was very accommodating for this travelling queenslander

Worst experience with this gym have been training there for 3 years and when i want to cancel the membership due to the growing fees we have to wait for 30 days to get the contract cancelled and this 30 days will be charged and if you call them and tell them to cancel it there is another twist you have to email only orelse they will not cancel over the phone and will keep on charging fee and after 30 days when you again call them then they will inform you about the contract cannot be cancelled over the phone please send an email and when you send the email then at that time officially 30 days cancellation will start.i recommend the people not to take membership with anytime fitness they just want to make money on the name of contract Crunch fitness or plus fitness are good they don't steal money in the name of contract

Biggest anytime fitness centre around, new machines, very clean, security after hours doing a fantastic job constantly cleaning and checking ids for those that don't swipe in. Highly recommend the gym and the security company hired to look after the place.

This is a great gym! 3 floors of all the equipment that you need to train each muscle in your body. The hygiene is 5 stars and the staff and members are very friendly.

Absolutely discusted in the so called manager Catherine, so unprofessional and immature. I was told incorrect information for weeks in regards to a medical issue I have and still they won't show any compassion towards me, during this trying time of covid they still won't waive my 30 day cancelation period and me being unable to exercise or work i don't have the funds to support this. But clearly this isn't an isolated incident as there seems to be a lot of people unhappy with Catherine's
professionalism. Any time fitness should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of the sick and unemployed
