This renting experience wasn’t so wonderful. I went three months flushing the toilet by hand inside the cistern and most of winter with a fire place I couldn’t use and it was my only form of heating. The staff were lovely but not so helpful with repairs.

I rented a property through Antony & Edwards for a year and it was the best rental experience I've ever had! I only left because I was moving interstate - but I genuinely wish I could have stayed. I met Nerida at an open home for a different property in the area. She was warm and friendly, and asked me questions to understand what I was looking for. She shared that she had a property about to come on market that would suit my needs - and she was right! It literally ticked every box and some! The team and Antony & Edwards went out of their way to get me into the property by my deadline, even though it was a stretch (I was moving from interstate). The process for moving in was so smooth, and the condition report was thorough. Nerida, Samantha, and the team looked after me during my year at the property, and they did such an excellent job. Any concerns or problems I had were dealt with promptly, they were always available to answer questions, and they were so organised and professional. If I were to move back to the area (either to rent or buy), I would go immediately to Antony & Edwards, and if I'm ever in the position of being the Landlord, I'd choose Antony & Edwards as property managers in a heartbeat.

Paul is amazing at what he does, he is up front and honest.
Paul kept us in the loop every single step of the process of buying our land. Paul knew the process we had to go through with our bank, in any case Paul helped us secure our block with minimal deposit. Even after sale, Paul has offered ongoing support if we have any questions in future. My son and mother in law have also used Paul in the past, and if in the future we need a agent, Paul will definitely be the person we call first.
