Just amazing. I have known Jacinta for a long time and had many amazing injectable treatments with her. I am older and do not want to look overdone or fake and she nails it every time. Yesterday I had a facial with Cindy - I have had many facials in some amazing clinics but this was something else. An incredible facial with the most amazing products. Jacinta is extremely knowledgeable and not pushy when it comes to providing further services that she believes may accentuate your appearance better than what you think you need - this is great and really useful. She is the professional. Jacinta is the first and only cosmetic injector I have visited. I tried to continue my loyalty to her business but unfortunately as each appointment has rolled around, each time she has been more aloof and her general attitude towards me as a paying customer has been quite poor. I want to turn up to a service where I feel welcomed and not be told everytime I’m there that she can’t be bothered to work today. On my last appointment I addressed that when I visit that she’s normally angry or upset - I tried to be comforting and she said “oh maybe you’re the bad omen”. Honestly, I’m a paying customer, and $900 is quite a lot of money for a service yet I often leave feeling like I’m a client she could do without. I’ve cancelled my future appointments, it doesn’t feel worth it or welcoming when your injector is in a bad mood for you when you visit. I think it’s time to move on when you feel anxious to visit your appointment. Hopefully this is just a personal experience.

Wow just wow. Can’t recommend enough. Jacinta is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and happy with what she thought would give me the most natural results. She’s so honest and raw and I love that about her. I feel I can come in and not be judged and she’ll be an ear to listen to me if I’m having an off day. I had my first ever botox at Anti-Age Me and was completely amazed at the professionalism and kindness of Jacinta and Cindy. From making the booking to calming my nerves in reception, Cindy was the best! Then Jacinta explained everything so well. I left feeling so excited and at first I was like, hmm is this it? ! Then a week later- BAM! MY FACE IS BLOODY GORGEOUS! My face looks so smooth but I can still make expressions and the 0.5ml lip filler was the perfect amount for me. Thank you girls! Jacinta is the only person I would ever trust with my face. She is the best! She is an absolute pleasure to be around and make you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend whilst gettting your procedure done. As well as being able to maintain a level of professionalism.
