I was after l power supply for my keyboard. The grub who served me tried to convince me that the power supply my keyboard needed cost $150. He showed me a photo of the power supply and he said this is the only power supply my keyboard runs on. It looked nothing like my last one.

I went to Bava’s Music City Liverpool instead and bought a power supply for $50. Nice try trying to scam me champ

Reply: Yeah thanks for your help, l guess. Here’s a tip. Maybe instead of trying to convince your customers that they’re absolutely wrong (when l knew and even told that the power supply you showed me wasn’t the same one l had before. But you laughed and said my keyboard “only accepts this power supply”) maybe consider the possibility that you could be wrong.

The store has friendly staff who were very eager to help me out with trying guitars. They also have a wide selection of guitars which can be tested, the product selection of guitar and guitar accessories is competitvely priced and wide.

One minor complaint, that made me give the store a 4 star review is the blatantly overpriced studio headphone pricing. The AKG headphone lineup and especially the K712 is priced over $1000 where it can be bought for around $400, this is true to a lesser degree for most other headphones.

If your looking to buy a guitar and/or other instruement related products, it is a shop that will fit your needs, but do not buy studio headphones from here.

Very helpful place, amazing service. If you do or don't know what you want these boys can help you out! Beginner to master, this shop caters to all. Just brought a redding red50 acoustic guitar with picks and tuner, I never felt rushed. Deffently be coming back!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They don't keep to their word. They do not return calls. They falsely advertise products online, then change online descriptions of products. They take your money and don't deliver the correct product. The staff act like they have done nothing wrong, they blame others take no responsibility for their actions, I have followed up with them for 4 weeks to get a return done. Complete failure and arrogant group of people. They shout at you on the phone when its their fault. Avoid buying anything, cant be trusted what so ever.

I’ve brought my acoustic and electric guitars to Anthonys Music for general setup and modifications four times now. Fab and Joel are always super helpful and easy to work with. They handle my instruments with a lot of care and they charge very reasonably for their services. Highly recommend these guys!

Always musicians live in music that made them love what they do cause they live in it. Anthonys is one of the best choice for instruments shopping.

I brought my guitar in for a service, Joel went above and beyond helping me. Highly recommended

Took a little while before someone came to help us out, but when he did he was quite helpful and nice.

We looked at a Fender rumble 15 which cost $300, however at Bavas it was $165

I went there to buy a drum kit and got one for a fair price. And the layout of the shop is nice and simple. Highly recommend, deffinetly better then other muisic shops in Liverpool.

I have been looking to purchase a keyboard as a beginner, and can faithfully say Anthonys Music has the best prices. I hope to come see you soon to buy a keyboard.

Since I was at the age of 10, this place treated me well throughout those 5 years of knowing the staff. Great Customer service, learning guitar and drums there encouraged me to keep playing both those instruments and to demonstrate my talent to those I know and love.p. S great prices for good products!

Maybe I'm 11 years to late but I learned guitar at their music school back in 2008 from a bloke named billy who taught me guitar which the knowledge got me to master the guitar and I still play in 2019.

Ordered a guitar from them about more than a week ago, and still haven't received it. They said it will take 2-5 days

Bought a dsl guitar strap. Advertised through their website for $44 with a retail of 49.95. In the shop I was charged 59.95. Bit sus. Don't think I'll be back which is a shame.

Great store, really helpful people to do business with. I've purchased a keyboard, chair, speaker/amplifier combo and guitar from the team and have totally happy with my purchase.
I'll absolutely go back and purchase more instruments in the future.
