4Complete time waster - Started off well, went through hours of video calls to prepare my case and organise the relevant documents. Then after all the work was done Anthony stopped responding to my emails or calls. Have been trying to get hold of him for months now - once in a blue moon he’ll answer the phone and assure me everything is fine, and then not come back to me as promised and go back to ignoring the phone. Overall really poor service and have had to go elsewhere.
Have dealt with Anthony for the past two years but extremely let down and very disappointed this year. No reply to two emails I sent. Phoned him twice and he promised to call back but never did. Customer service lacking and unprofessional this year. Decided to go elsewhere.
Great customer service and well knowledgeable. The best accountant in the town.
