Annie Green Court

My experience with this facility has both good & not so good memories. As MyDad had to reside there. Good memories of the comfort My dad felt while there, + the care & support provided to him by nurses & staff. Also not so good memories, because that is where we last had time together.

I have no bad feelings about the place at all.
I am so very grateful for the assistance MyDad received in making his time there easier for him, compared to what I could give him being home with MySelf.

Thank U to all the Nurses & Staff of Annie Green Court Residence for everything they have done to assist MyDad & his loved ones in his final days with Us. I appreciate you all, and all that you do for all residents.

I couldn't have done it alone.
I just wish I had more time with him. As nothing will ever be the same as it was with him beside Me. I Love U Dad, & miss U more than I ever imagined.

I have a family member staying there. Who is very comfortable & seems much happier since arriving @Anne Green Court. Which makes me happy & eases my mind.

Great staff. Clean and good standards. Mission Autralia are always pushing the gold standards

Don't put your family in here, they ignore them when they ask for stuff, I've been on the phone when it happen, then when you go to call the number they never answer. It's not as good as it looks

Was really great when the virus was going round, kept everyone safe. Everyone of the staff, all the people who work here should get a medal for what they done. Try keeping a heap of people inside for there own safety just about impossible. But they done it and kept us all safe till we had the vacation. So thank you all, Yous are the best.even the chef and kitchen staff were helping makeing different meals and cooking cakes. All of them must have been working there fingers to the bone.

Meals great, staff great, but to get something fixed no hope, the window don't open, air-conditioning has mind of it's own, Wi-Fi don't work.

Should be ten stars. Things only get better here. Meal's are great, staff are great and toss in free WiFi what more do you need. All we need is room service and it'll be a posh hotel.

Great facilities, Great staff. Great living space for occupants. I have a family member staying there. Who is very comfortable & seems much happier since arriving @Anne Green Court. Which makes me happy & eases my mind.

Sub standard care by staff who are disinterested in providing residence with a good quality of life during their twilight years.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, although sometimes you have to wait awhile to be let in or out when visiting there.
