After being at the nursery every week for months now buying trailer loads of products you’d think it wouldn’t be too much effort to ask for a small favour but it seems that everything is too hard for these guys. They’re not very helpful. They’re not very nice

Left me and my staff high and dry on-site waiting for a delivery that I pre ordered weeks in advance and this is not the first time.
Was waiting for my 7 am delivery come half an hour latter still waiting not even a courtesy call to let me know so I had to call them and was told that the truck was broken down and it would be an extra hour nothing showed up so I called again and was told that they did not have the stock? After wasting my time and money on staff I then re booed for 2 weeks time I then get a call from a driver the week after who was onsite with this order a week too early and that the new date I re booked for was not available.
These people are completely useless and just do it care about there customers AVOID

Ordered 3 tonnes of gravels, 4 tonnes of riverstones and 2 m3 of turf underlay and 50 buffalo turfs. Delivery were smooth and easy. All the products are as described and in good quality except there are a few pieces of small plastic in the turf underlay. Other than that, will order again from ANL Top Ryde

Ordered a tonne of gravel to my driveway, about 1/5 of it was bark. I had to spend time either picking out all the individual pieces, or just using it for plumbing trenches with the bark still in it. Will never order from here again.

Worst service area made me wait 20 minutes. Charged me more for the same second round. Was different guy though second time he is the reason I'm posting biggest gimp.

Order turf last week went a week later and it was ready to pick up and staff were great and friendly and helpful

Waiting for 20 minutes to return an item, sales person seating infront of me having his apple. Unbelievable.

Despite the fact that I had to follow up on my online order after 2 days without being contacted, I have had a good experience with this place. I was a little weary of dealing with them but I can say my turf and soil delivered as promised and really good quality with reasonable pricing.

2.1 - There's nothing to see here. I dropped by, thinking I could look at stuff but there's a sign saying that you need to go on the website but you can park there to get stuff loaded into your car! Go next door to Sherringhams Nursery for a bit of a wander!

Robyn and Glenn were fantastic this Sunday morning. No waiting, fast efficient services, good prices. Glenn was able to load the ute up straight away, made my payment and I was on my way!

My lawn is now filled with nails, glass, soft and hard plastics as well as rocks. This was supposed to be AL'S premi lawn top dressing, now I can't allow anyone to walk on my lawn for fear of a nail or glass going through their foot

Are you guys kidding, i think this ANL branch is awesome! Like my name awesome awesome. Ordered 30sqm of turf, 3.5 tonnes of top soil couple weeks ago, no issues at all! Competitive price, helpful staff, fast service, the whole package. Will definitely go back for more.

I have been using ANL for the last 30 years and have had brilliant service from Mark at Ryde & Seven Hills, Stewart, Ben and the rest of the team. I will recommend them everytime

On 11 Aug 2021 at 12 pm, I was in the Ryde branch, the driver of loader was very impolite and arrogant and I think he need be trained how to behave and talk to customers. I was there to pickup Premier Garden mix, a staff in the yard told me that park your ute on front of the Organic garden mix next to The premier one, that the driver could load soil in my ute, I saw a loader came toward me and then reversed back, after few minutes I walked toward him and ask if he is going to load or other person will do, and what I heard from him never expected from a driver that working for a respectful company like ANL.

Very aggressive and rude staff.honestly what is going on with this ANL? Whoever is managing this branch needs to be replaced if they cannot teach their staff to behave normally

Very good landscape supply company always reliable and very reasonable, also have all the available cranes for awkward deliveries including bulka bags etc.

One of the good smaller garden centres. The staff are really helpful, and have very good plant knowledge and management.

Appalling customer service. Zero interest in the customer, rudely dismissed when tried to ask for assistance. More interested in packing up and getting out 20 minutes before close than actaully helping a customer. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

These guys are awesome! They make running a business easy and always go out of there to help out even when they are busy 24/7!
