Had Nicole come over and help us with our beautiful active girl Willow. How amazing was Nicole. She has a fabulous rapport with dogs and could get Willow to do things we have only dreamed of! Nicole was very patient teaching us good behaviours for Willow and how to modify Willows behaviours into acceptable dog friendly behaviours. Nicole assisted us with choices of diet, toys, leads, and rewards for Willow and where to source them so we weren’t paying a fortune. Nicole not only wrote down how to achieve the desired behaviour but also went through it practically with us whilst we watched her then she allowed us to have a go and practice the learnt skill or behaviour. She came completely prepared with a basket full of toys and distractions to entertain Willow so we could listen to what was being taught. Nicole was so kind to Willow and didn’t mind Willow coming up for kisses or pats! Highly recommend Nicole to anyone who needs assistance with their dogs

I found Nicole to be an incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable in her training methods. Nicole was able to teach both our Shollie pup and my husband and I successful skills in correcting certain behaviours and habits and ways to keep our pup occupied when we are not home and even to leave clothes on the line alone. After Nicole left, my husband went to do some more training using the learnt methods and they proved to be effective. I highly recommend Nicoles services and knowledge, she is a credit to her industry.

We recently took our 4 month old Groodle puppy to Nicole for a week stay with her for some training. We’re very pleased with Toby’s improvement since staying with Nicole. She also changed his diet while he was with her as she recognised the food we had him on wasn’t agreeing with his stomach. We found her to be very knowledgeable and she has continued to provide support when needed since his return home. Highly rate!

Nicole was amazing, we are so glad we chose her. Most other people I contacted either didn't have a spot for months or just didn't get back to me, when I contacted Nicole and we spoke even though she was extremely busy she made time the next day on a Sunday to come & help us. Nicole was amazing with our Rottweiler, she started to training him from a baby and he is the most obedient, loyal and loving boy we have ever owned. He has never chewed or had any toilet accidents inside and just adores everyone. He walks off lead, stays, all general command along with learning where to go to the toilet from a baby, crawling, speaking, looks, leaves until given the ok and is super sociable with other dogs.
Nicole trained him to track the property every morning to check everything is ok, listens to us with complete attention with out being distracted and is always by our side.
Nicole’s method of training was gentle and effective with every lesson and our big boy absolutely adores her, every time she calls in to see him you can see his excitement and joy.
I would highly recommend Nicole in all aspects of training, giving you a world of enjoyment and love with your precious baby.

Nicole helped me understand how to help My beautiful girl and she has now improved incredibly. Nicole has stayed in contact since our consult and has been great support for me moving forward. I had high hopes for Nicole to be able to help us correct our 4 year-old dog's reactiveness when people reach out at his face while staring at him, and to aid his anxiety issues.

Unfortunately, within the first five minutes of arriving, and upon first meeting him, she did exactly that - reached out towards his face (with him on the leash, in the house, which amplifies the problem) and he was reactive.

The next two hours were excruciating. She threw meat towards him from the other end of the living room carpet and then the kitchen and spoke about not trusting his further behaviour, even when he was completely calm. This was coupled with an insistence that it was "random" - it isn't, it's incredibly specific and her negative energy following the initial encounter only confounded the problem.

My partner had to sit outside in the garden with the dog for a huge portion of the visit while Nicole sat with me inside, repeating the same metaphors about learned anxiety in humans as with dogs. She said the dog was basically untreatable, which is untrue.

There was a complete unwillingness to understand or listen to the finer detail of the situation until right at the end when there was an a-ha moment that perhaps triggering his behaviour from the outset might not have been the right approach.

Then we were charged the full $350 consultancy fee anyway, even though we all agreed it had been a disaster.

I'm sure she's an amazing behaviourist for pets that have non-confrontational issues with training, but in this case it was incredibly poorly handled.

We would highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking for help with training their dog. We loved our afternoon with Nicole and so did our dog Fred. Nicole provided us with tips on how to entertain Fred at home so he will never be bored. She taught us how we can walk Fred safely without fear of Fred getting into an altercation with another dog. Nicole showed us how to get Fred's attention using technics that we can practice at home and we were able to practice these together throughout the afternoon. We feel confident that these techniques will make our walks more enjoyable. Nicole is down to earth and has a great manner with both people and dogs. She had our dog Fred eating out of the palm of her hand. Our 3 year old loved her too. Thanks Nicole!

A wealth of knowledge that I had no idea about. So much more than just teaching a dog to sit or stay. If you have a dog with behavioural issues, look no further. Trains with love and kindness. Reccomend!

Thank you SOO much Nikki for visiting us! In the space of 2 hours, we learnt soo much from food and grooming to pup training. Cannot stress how worth it this visit was, not only for pup, but for my own concerns. Nikki left me with peace of mind to train and care for my pup.

Nicole is great with my 2 shy ones. Was given some great tips and tricks that they are already responding to. My cats are very relieved that they are no longer being tormented so much.
