Absolutely appalling, 12 months on a waiting list. And then another 12 months for an appointment I had to pay a deposit up front to even book an appointment. The morning of appointment I was almost at appointment when my car broke down to the point of smoke and a tow truck. Rang them and absolutely NO understanding, no respect and just blatant disregard for human life! Nothing more than a care for money! I’m a single mother to a 27 weeker, a cancer warrior and two time open heart patient- to say I have trauma is an understatement. I’m 28 years old. I’m struggling and then to have such a financial forfeit where I then cannot even make another appointment with forking out another deposit. PEOPLE HAVE ENDEDTHEIR LIVES OVER DEBT AND NO WAY OUT! It’s already hard enough to get help. No wonder people kill themselves. You try to access help you have two years of messing around and then you have to pay ridiculous amounts of money or you can’t even talk to a doctor for five minutes without it costing you 800+ dollars, that is just absolutely no respect no concern for human life and that’s disgraceful for a clinic that is supposed to be about wellness!
