Do not go here! I paid $75 for my engagement ring to be resized, they measured incorrectly and tried to blame me for that. They also held onto the ring for 3 weeks! The ring is still too big and also the band has been so flattened they have ruined the integrity of the band. This was a very sentimental ring that has been in my family a long time, I’m absolutely devastated. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, there was only one worker who was apologetic, but besides this I was spoken to and treated very poorly. I regret walking into this store at all

The store manager Lauren is useless do not come here. We walked around looking for a present for my mother in laws 60th and she handed us a catalogue and said take that home luv and walked away.

The sales assistant helped and we bought a few items but useless manager.

Wasn't sure to share this experience or not but it did unfolds in a negative way. If I give 1 star I rather not write because it just means not a good experience. Had many not so good experience here many years but never review it but can't let this be unknown.

Went into store with sales in mind but prefer the Paramatta store customer service. If hubby didn't want the watch would have walked out upon loud mouth about us the only customers in store at the time. Don't tolerate this kind of behaviour, call on it to their faces. Understandably there are rude customers too. Our unlucky day to walk in on 2 ladies. Sales signs every where, but I happen to like the one that isn't so she thought I can't afford $699 ring and just walked to 1 other male customer to show him a cheap watch after checking the ring's price on the system did not walk back to me. We waited for her and also to see a watch thinking we were served by her but got ignored so another manager like lady came over to us with same same disinterested attitude.

If customer service was any difference I would have bought multiple pieces but not at this store. Stockland not any better but Paramatta got training right. You buy whatever price range or not buying at all they treated you well.

Paid for the watch, took forever at the counter to process and could not wait to get out.

Worst attitude from all staff members especially the manager who looked down on me & my partner while looking at silver rings but as soon as I mentioned I’m there to buy a $2K Diamond ring her attitude changed and she became very friendly. Fake smiles & not even worthy of 1 star.

Very unhappy with the result.i rate them 0 star.bought a watch the band was too big i asked to make it smaller unfortunately resulted the band was ruined and became faulty as it got loose and for fear i lose it i stopped wearing it.i went more times to ask for fixing the fault wanted and expected new band.useless to ask and pretend someone to take it seriously.after months kept in the drawer i wanted to wear it went out and returned without the watch.the band got lose again and I lost my new watch and my money after sacrifices to buy it.what remained to me are my tears and cursing the day I entered that shop ans blaming mysekf for not screaming and insisting to have the band replaced with a new safe one.very unhappy and very sad.a serious shop should have looked after the customer in a much better and effective way.my heart is crying for the money I lost and the distress it is causing me now.never had such bad treatment before.i always loved buying watches and thanks heaven this is the UNIC bad and worst experience I had since my childhood. I brought an engagement ring from angus and coote.ring fell apart after 1 week. Very sad. Never buy from this store again. I advise no one to buy from here.

I went to the Angus & Coote Liverpool store today searching aimlessley for a gift for my best mate. David C.was extremely professional and knowledgeable with watches, and made it a breeze shopping for the perfect gift. I am very happy with the level of customer service received from David, and will definitely return!

Absolute joke of a store! Andrea sold fake "Pandora" beads to my brother who was buying them for mum on Mother's Day. The beads dont even fit and she refuses to provide refund. Recommended avoiding unless you want to get ripped off.
