Absolutely disgusted in the behaviour of your staff. Daniela came to clean my Grandmother’s house, and smacked her dog in the face with the vacuum cleaner head and split his little nose open. This will be taken further.

Appreciative trained men and women whom care for the needs of men & women needing groceries/councelling etc whom require groceries and toiletries/bathroom paper and have a cooler with cold water at front desk whilst clients wait for an appointment. Also the staff are warm and inviting. An easy door to navigate as well. Appointment necessary though if counceling is needed

I would like to thank Jacinta and Andrew for all their assistance after I had inadvertently locked the keys in my car outside their premises.
While the NRMA took over 1.5 hours to arrive, I was offered support for my distress, a cup of tea and room in their waiting room.
Thank you both very much your care was greatly appreciated.

Lea and her girls - oh wondrous womanhood! Charming? Well beyond that. Vivacious? Inadequate. Capable? Oh so very. I am closing down my father's house as he died, and the fate of his furniture was weighing on my mind. Vinnies and Salvos would not come to the house. A used furniture chap came, looked at it, and said real quality. But couldn't be bothered. Then Lea stepped in. And all my problems disappeared. She is just great. And yes most attractive.

My Dad and I attended the Wollongong location on January. He is on a DSP and struggles financially. We had an appointment with Leanne and we were both blown away by her help, her interest and passion for her job. My Dad left feeling like someone had his back for the first time in many years. Since suffering a stroke people are very judgemental of his appearance, Leanne treated him as the human being he is and went above and beyond to get results to help him. We know many people are in need and most organisations are at their max offering help and support day in and day out, we also know it wouldn't be any easy position. Thank you Anglicare and especially Leanne, you are a blessing to the Illawarra community.
