The communication on the phone, via email and in particular via social media. How many times have you been into a store to spend your hard earned money to buy rods, reels or tackle and the local person just isn’t helpful? You know what I’m talking about! That is not Anglers Warehouse. Thank you for having amazing customer service. Thank you for having proper knowledge about our fishing needs. Thank you for communicating and answering questions via social media. Thank you for literally being one of the best stores I have ever dealt with! My recommendation, if you love fishing, if you need some local knowledge about fishing northern NSW or the Gold Coast, if you need help buying the right set up for you or your family, look no further than Anglers Warehouse.

No idea how they did it but somehow they got a package from order being placed and shipped from Tweed Heads to regional vic in under 16 hours. Order placed Tuesday at 3.30pm delivered at 7.50am the next day. The stuff of mythology. I was worried about not getting the gear in time for the trip where as now I'm thinking I have time to order some more stuff. Thanks for the great service guys. 11 out of 10!
