I just had a first job done by them. Am happy with the result. In time, good quality, reasonable price. The ladies are very friendly.

A big thank you for tailoring two items for me on the spot before my international flight. Happy with the alterations, and service was very friendly.

Had a pair of sweat pants taken up and tapered for only $25; end result is great! Much cheaper than other alternatives (was quoted $50 - $70 at other alterations places around Chatswood).

Poor craftsmanship and end result is extremely disappointing. Almost no attention has been paid to their work. I will not recommend going to them as it was a terrible and expensive job.

I had 2 dresses altered and they were both sadly not up to standard. My dress’s shoulder line was not sewn in a straight line and the other denim dress was unwearable. Extremely poor finishing. Please see photos.

I had another dress altered at No. 7 and they were SUPERB.

Two lovely ladies has a great hand skills, they always makes me happy with the results! There very talented and professional. There was a dress that I wanted to get fixed but I was so picky and it was even hard for me to explain what I exactly wanted, so I was bit concerned about the result but no, she definitely made me happy and was 100% what I wanted. Love my dress so much now.

I have altered my suits here many times and all completely satisfied.ladies in the shop are always kindly serving me and they have done professional work on my suits.the price is reasonable, good quality performance and never disappointed.it is no doubt that I use this shop as much as I need, highly recommend to all people in the area.

I have used this shop multiple times, each time there has been one issue or other.

Pricing: Price is not consistent for similar alterations, when quotes by the two ladies. They quote whatever they feel like without having a set price list.

Incomplete job: Paid $40 to them to reduce the length of a dress by 3 inches. After coming home when I tried the dress, either it had not been altered at all, or they reduced a small amount which is definitely less than 3 inches and not visible at all. They need to take measurements accurately to do a job properly.

I will be taking the dress to them this coming Monday, and will share a review here of my experience of following up with them.

I had all my bridesmaids dresses, reception dress and grooms jacket altered here. They did it to such a high standard. It was perfect. I was so happy with the results and everyone looked fantastic. They really know what they’re doing, are reasonably priced and very friendly. I travel out of my way to get things altered here for these reasons

I bring all my expensive NBA jerseys here for drycleaning. They do a fantastic job. Very lovely ladies.

Readers. I do NOT recommend this alteration shop at all! I have been given so much grief for my favourite pieces of clothing that have sentimental value and it was a HUGE mistake! Putting another review as I just discovered today as I about to wear a Red Skirt (handmade by an Australian local designer, Saveus) that was altered by this shop a few months ago to find that yes, it was altered by these Korean ladies nicely other than the fact that they have COMPLETELY snipped off the clothing care tag! This is so upsetting as I don't recall the washing conditions for every single clothing and it isn't a cheap clothing. I've taken snaps of each angle of the inner skirt (attached). I certainly haven't gone blind. These workers don't care nor are considerate of your clothing! Beware, I would highly recommend to try some place else that is passionate!

I had 3 suits altered (taken in) and sleeves shortened. Speedy service, good quality and reasonable cost.

I called this tailor to ask if they did bulk discounts and how much they would charge to shorten 8 pairs of pants. The woman was very rude and evasive, she refused to give me a quote over the phone and insisted that I come in to the store for a "discount". I explained that I wanted to know how much they would charge before taking the time to come in but she still refused to give a price. Didn't seem to care about losing business by not answering a reasonable question. This seems dodgy, I wonder if they are a front for something else.
