To be honest, I don’t even want to rate star 1. Extremely unprofessional. I contacted them to discuss and they said send us your cv, passport information, visa application. Even though I sent all of my personal informations they haven’t contacted me ever since. I was a bit scared since I sent all my personal informations so I contacted them to delete all of them, but still I haven't heard anything from them. This is so shady and extremely unprofessional.

Went to two immigration agents/lawyers regarding my case, , they were nothing but a waste of money and time, after lots of stress I went to Andre Benjamin, he took on my case, he was very informative, always answering my calls. My case cost X amount of money, even with the complexity of my case and the changes we did, Andre did not charge any extra on the original agreed price even when I have asked him if he needs any extra. I had an urgent problem with a visa.
I met Andre and he responded with clear, precise, concise way of addressing the issue.
Allowing for the holiday period, the issue was resolved in two weeks.

This is a bit misleading. He is not a Lawyer but he is claiming to be a Law Service. This gives impression they are an Attorney or Solicitor or Lawyer when they are not. Should be open about qualifications
