In 20 years of dealing with property valuers, this company is the most inept, shambolic, and unprofessional valuer I have ever dealt with. They will not produce the valuation for weeks after payment, and only after incessant requests. They have undervalued the property substantially, and not competently documented the property properly or professionally at all. I now have to get another report from a real valuer, who has done so in 48hrs, including visiting the property. Likewise to other reviewers, they are going to reported to fair trading, and the Australian Valuers Institute, which I am astounded would be affiliated with a company that is so grossly incompetent.
