Andersens Lismore

The carpet and vinyl in our flat needed to be replaced. We had used Andersen's Lismore previously and were impressed with the range, price and quality. It was with no hesitation that we contacted the team again.

The salesperson Kevin was prompt, helpful and courteous and spoke at length with us about the layout and colour and design. Although we were very excited to move ahead right away, Kevin advised us to take a day to think it over so we didn't feel pressured.

On the day of our vinyl installation the tradesman Darryl was faultless in his work. Darryl even corrected previously made installation errors done by amateurs. The entire vinyl installation was one of extreme professionalism.

As soon as our carpet arrived from New Zealand we were scheduled in for installation. Our carpet installer was Travis assisted by Joel. They moved our furnishings with ease and sensitivity. The manners and workmanship were respectful and consistently cheerful. It was a job of perfection.

We were thrilled with our experience dealing with Andersen's Lismore team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs or advice. They really were a total package of satisfaction.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with - super impressed by the workmanship & sales service by Andersen's, Lismore! We gave them a huge task of updating old carpet, terrifyingly green tiles & old vinyl in a double story, early 80s style house & they were up to the challenge! After we had some poor quality carpet supplied to our newly built home (on the basis of the builder's range) we spoke with Shane and paid a little more to obtain the carpet we wanted. Shane was very accommodating, met with us to discuss our needs and then sent Dan and Ruth to lay the new carpet. They did a terrific job and were very professional. Well done to all!

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a joke and the owner is no better. Paid for the product 9 weeks ago to ring and be told by the owner Shane it was there ready for install. Moved all of the furniture only to be rang at 4pm the day before install and told the product was 2-3 weeks away and still being manufactured. Once this time period elapsed we called Shane again only to be extremely poorly spoken to and informed it was covid holding the product up, than he tried to pass the blame onto us saying we did not select the colours, which we did on first contact but wasn’t noted down by his staff. He continued to abuse my husband and hang up on him! Can not believe the way this company has treated their customers, will not be back and will never recommend!

We dealt with Tim, Shane and Paul at the store and Darryl was our installer. All were courteous and professional. Good advice and a top job. Thank you.
