I had acquired a pretty nasty german cockroach infestation. Within 24 hours of the first treatment, the difference is phenomenal. Shane is wonderfully knowledgable and accomodating, and offers a thorough service for a very reasonable price. I'll be recommending Anderson to anyone who may need them.

Shane was great with all communication leading up to the pest service. When he arrived on site he removed shoes on entering the property (something I can't get my kids to do haha!) and talked me through the whole process. He did a full spray of the house externally then did the internal spray. He sprayed the storage area under our house and the loft and under and behind appliances. He was here 2 hours and he did a thorough job. Less than 48 hrs later and I have swept up lots of bugs already, so it has worked a treat. Great job and great price. He's already booked for my pre-christmas spray. Thanks Shane.

Absolutely recommend Shane!
Doing Reno’s and came across what appeared to be termite activity. Thursday morning (before Good Friday) phoned Shane before 8am and left message. Shane got back to me in the hour, and despite being on leave that day was at the house before 11am!

Shane was very knowledgeable, he did a very thorough inspection and explained our situation so we understood. Fortunately for us the activity was old and previously treated with no evidence of current activity. Shane put our minds at ease so we could continue with the Reno’s and proposed a preventative treatment plan.

Can’t recommend or thank Shane enough!
