Gorgeous place. Great intentions of service to get my daughter served quickly so she could get back to her show.
Fried rice delicious. Penang way too spicy. Pepper garlic beef really gamey tasting (too strong), couldn’t eat it.
Fried ice cream was left to sit for too long before served so the ice cream had melted inside by the time it got to us and the shell was cold which Was disappointing because we were showcasing our friend from Munich what fried ice cream was for her first time.

Andaman Thai is a beautiful restaurant at the heart of shell harbour beach. It’s one of the more popular places to eat and who doesn’t love Thai food! The restaurants interior is quite spectacular and inviting. The entire ceiling is decorated with artificial wisteria flowers, which has a colourful & summer vibe. The restaurant capacity can accommodate approximately 60 people, large enough for parties or just a casual lunch or dinner.

To start I would order a Thai milk tea, one of the best I’ve tasted. To eat the menu has plenty to choose from including starters, chefs recommendations, salads, soup, stir fried, barbecue, curry, fried rice, noodles, rice & sides, drinks, desserts and kids menu.

The things that caught my eye from Andaman was the decoration and the presentation for each dish. The least that caught my eye was the price as it’s quite expensive and the flavours of some of the dishes. Some stand out dishes were unique that I’ve never tried at a Thai restaurant, however it’s also not the best Thai food I’ve tasted but it’s decent enough to enjoy the meal.

Fantastic and super accomodating service. Food was also amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyway.

satay sauce was like watery oily had no taste I was absolutely disgusting couldn’t even eat it when I rang up and told them about it they told no one else has complained and hung up on on me apparently someone else is managing the restaurant now

Generally good Thai tucker but it can depend on what you order. Stay away from the calamari with chicken mince.more like sausage mince and the calamari is tough.

Do yourself a favour and try the Chilli Basil Crispy Pork Belly and Garlic and Pepper King Prawns. Absolutely delicious.

The interior was beautiful but the food definitely was the highlight.the Tom Yum with prawns and the pad Thai were delicious and well presented.the Penang curry was good but a little less thicker than we are used to and was slightly bland. The coconut sticky ice cream was the perfect desert. Overall a very good experience and will be back again!

Food is a decent standard, but service can be a real let down, especially when I was a high-frequency, regular customer.
On two occasions now in the past few months, I've been let down with advanced bookings not being honoured. I had double checked/confirmed both times, too, as I live locally, but it still didn’t do me any good.
Turned up on both occasions with groups of friends that had traveled, only to find that the the specific table we had reserved at the front of restaurant had been given away to other people. We had turned up on time on both occasions, too.
It's all about business, business, business, I think. Looks like they prioritised the keen walk-ins, giving them a table that was reserved, instead of turning any business away. 'A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush', you know, when you run a Thai restaurant.
Being let down once - maybe a mistake. Twice is absolutely unacceptable.
The staff are often running around disorganised and can acually be quite short and blunt, at times. This sometimes appears to be out of frustration.
Due to the poor attitude of the owner and poor service dished out to a good customer, I won't be going back there again.
All four Thai restaurants in Shellharbour Village have great food.

Eaten there many times but not for awhile,
* Ordered Cashew Nut and noodle with chicken, take away,
* very poor, container only 2/3 full,
* Cashew’s if you can find one you will be lucky
* Ordered extra chicken, almost no chicken
very poor overall, the quality has really gone down,

A local favourite! We always get takeaway from here - you can order snd pay online on their website. Food is tasty, and service is friendly.
It's very popular on weekends, so bookings are essential.

Came here tonight for dinner, the food was nice. The staff was lovely. The decoration was really amazing!

Dinner tonight was beautiful the staff are always friendly. We even tried something different tonight scollops with apple salad. Was deliciously yummy

We had the specials of the day, Duck with orange sauce and the banana sticky rice were absolutely fantastic! Would definitely come back whenever we visit Shellharbour again.

Lovely Thai restaurant in the heart of Shellharbour Village. Good food and many options available. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Recommend.

Came in yesterday was told it was going to be a 25 min wait got there and said it was going to be another 15 min wait on top of that ended up waiting for a total of 52 mins.

Got no apology for the long wait. But I was hungry so I went home and wanted to eat. The satay skewers were dry and disgusting I tried giving them to my dog but even he turned his nose at it. I then opened up my pads sea ew and found hair in it! I went back to the restaurant and the lady said I wasn't allowed a refund but they'd remake the food (took another 15 mins) by the way she said that it couldn't be hair and said it could be a spice or something. I pulled it out and she confirmed it was hair. No apology or compensation btw no I'm not a Karen this was genuinely an awful experience. These people have no quality customer service and no hygiene standard. She said they wore hairnets. (and no it wasn't mine because my hair doesn't look like a stragly pube.)

Amazing food and portion sizes. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. If you have a sweet tooth the 'Duck with Orange' is superb.

Only our second time dining here and still one of the best Thai experiences we have had! The food is incredibly tasty and service is outstanding. This will definitely be a regular spot for us now that we are locals! Awesome to meet Lisa - she was so welcoming and took extra steps to make our visit really wonderful. Even our 2 year old adores her! Look forward to heading back again soon.
