7Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling customer service, sent an incorrect Item to me, would not answer phone calls nor emails. Still have not been refunded months later, despite sending the incorrect item back to them. Have tried numerous times to get in touch and absolutely no response. Worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Difficult contact.there is no respond to the mail and chat questions i have sent them days ago. The chat says answer in a week and the mail? Who knows. Also on phone no one answered
If you haven’t been to this part of the world you’re really missing out! Not only the scenery and the local culture but the amazing people and interaction with the locals that keep this amazing places buzzing. These guys yesterday with all the mayhem going on in the world had a fire next door and had lost power to their businesses. But they weren’t complaining they were positive and grateful for what they have and took the time to chat and talk about their lovely life and the gratitude of what they have and their community. That’s what life is all about. The connections and taking the time to interact with people and listen and learn and take away a small day of sunshine with a pleasant experience. Don’t miss out on the small opportunities in life to step outside yourself and just say hello and you’ll learn something about others and find yourself along the way.
The staff here are fabulous, Erin is beyond exceptional when it’s comes to product knowledge and styling, I will certainly shop here every time I’m wanting something funky and some great advice.
Best surf and skate shop in the Northern Rivers. They have the best range of clothes, a huge range of shoes and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Love this shop
