I first met Daniel a few years ago to arrange a watch repair. He immediately came across as a genuine and honest person. So when the time came to arrange an anniversary gift for my wife I went back to see Daniel. It was great to be able to discuss some ideas without any pressure to buy. He is very personable and easy to talk to. We were able to exchange some text messages and decide on a lovely handmade rose gold pendant and chain.

More recently we asked Daniel for some advice regarding my daughters engagement ring which had been purchased from another jeweller. It was an expensive ring and hadn't lived up to expectations. Daniel provided an independent review and offered to modify the ring at a discounted price due to the circumstances.
