Thank you for your outstanding work on my lawn! The quality of your work is exceptional, and I am very impressed with the results. The lawn looks fantastic, and I appreciate the care and attention you put into every detail.

I was very surprised with the cost of replacing a tap in a flat we rent out was $440! Nothing fancy, a good quality (I hope, but too early to know) kitchen tap. I have asked for further details and am awaiting those and hope they will also tell me if there is a guarantee on the tap/work. So all in al, I thought expensive and too early to tell.

I have just seen an account for my sister’s and my flat at 8/80 Bayswater Road, Rushcutter’s Bay, invoice 0440,17/01/23, and I was very surprised (in fact perhaps horrified, that replacement of one kitchen tap cost us $440! The tap was supposed to cost $280. I would like to see the invoice for that. I also consider $160, I guess an hour, is somewhat over the top for a tap replacement.

Can you please also advise me how you charge for different sorts of jobs, as I would have to consider whether to use you for maintenance again. Please a copy of of the invoice or at least details of the tap and details of your charges.

I had contacted Allan from AMS to get our kitchen demolished and tiles removed in preparation for our new kitchen install.
He came promptly, demolished the whole kitchen and flooring. We are still living in the house and we’re concerned about dust to the rest of the house. He sealed it up properly and ensured everything was left clean and tidy. There was no fuss from Allan and he did a great job in 1 day it was all removed.
I am now getting Allan back to do our back deck and pergola.
