My wife and I were referred by our dr to get a hearing assessment at amplify in Albury. We were able to get an appointment which suited both of us together. The receptionist was extremely friendly and we were very kindly greeted by our audiologist… Laura
I was very anxious about this appointment but Laura explained everything to me very clearly and was so very professional as she did all our testing. She was very knowledgeable with our questions and concerns and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend going to amplify albury for all your audio requirements.

Kate is amazing. Despite going with an aid that is not supported by Amplify her assistance and letting me trial multiple devices was invaluable. When the time comes for my next aid, if I choose a brand they support I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you for making my hearing aid journey that bit easier.

Very Helpful and now hearing is essential to good health especially the Brsin so V.professional. Although nearly closed took all-time to help. Convenient fo parking and near CBD Albury

Felicity was fantastic in removing wax from my ears. Was dreading it but she was kind, patient.and professional. It was a painless procedure done slowly with care. Feels so much better now!

My daughter (5yo) has had her 2nd hearing & compression testing done. The reception staff are nice & Felicity (who does the testing) is so good with kids it's amazing. Felicity is kind, softly spoken, informative & professional with accurate results. Definitely recommend this place of business.

Great people. I had been to a few places and all just wanted to up sell to the most expensive hearing aids they could sell me without really asking what I needed or could afford. Then they would constantly call to try and get me back in to buy. One place when I said I couldn't afford the $9000.00 that they wanted they told me to just go get a loan. Amplify were totally different as they are not agents for just one brand and not chasing commissions. The hearing test was much more extensive than the others. I was able to try and test hearing aids for over 3 month's before I then committed to purchasing. I can highly recommend Amplify and I have already recommend people to them that have also said they were excellent.

Very knowledgeable. Easy drive through service for pick ups and minor appointments which is super convenient.

I was recommended to Amplify and have since recommended their very comprehensive and personal service to other friends. I was a bit hesitant as to the need for aids, but was able to 'borrow' and try different aids for many weeks, with absolutely no pressure. Follow up service has also been first rate. Highly recommended.

Wait time was fabulous but computers were down & I don't feel as if the tests weren't done properly unfortunately.

Sorry not a fan of this business. I hope they've found a Receptionist. Walking out during my test to answer the phone. 8 minutes later returns to continue test. Felt like the test was too disjointed to be relied on. Won't be returning. All the appointment did was waste my time.

The ladies who did my daughters hearing test were so patient and sweet, and made sure we understood the process and results. Felt comfortable and well looked after.
