Have been let down too many times. Unreliable, never have any firewood when I try to place an order. I was told I need to wait a week, so I did, and still no firewood after the second week and no call to keep me informed. Unprofessional.

Look no further. Best place in Sydney to get your wood for pizza ovens or smoker. Don't buy overpriced small 3kg packets from bunnings with chemicals sprayed on it. All types of wood and wide range of fruit tree wood. Would recommend to all.

Great products, lovely charcoal (and VERY well priced even when increased to keep up demand and supply shortages, still cheaper than Bunnings). Can't wait to try the ironbark kindling. Above and beyond my definition of "great customer service".

What a pleasure meeting Greg and the boys from Ample firewood today was. The customer service I received was 10/10. Greg is a true gentleman and is so passionate about his work and it shows in the quality of wood I purchased. Further more his pricing is by far the cheapest in Sydney I have found.
When I arrived at the yard the boys loaded up my vehicle without any hassle and Greg went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. The great thing was I didn't even ring ahead I just rocked up and was looked after like I was a customer of 10 years.
