James is reliable and well mannered manager, with all kind of different challenges he stays well respected. A man with morality. The design was amazing, the job took a bit of more time than the time on the contract but as he said, it wasn’t his fault, just because the material wasn’t easy to find on the time of coronavirus period.

Knock down rebuild of duplex in Denistone NSW. As this was our first build, we spent a lot of time speaking and researching builders. When we met with James, we felt at ease from the very first visit.
James is the most honest, calm, easy going, and accommodating person.
I am very fussy and would a times change my mind and never was it a problem with James. No issue was too big or small.

We have built our Granny Flat with AMESCorp and i couldn't share how satisfied with the great customer service and attention to details which was taken care of by James, Rick and of course by Veronica from the office.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else for you if you are thinking to renovate or build as you will get the best service ever. I can't thank them enough for the great service they provided to us while building and they were ready to explain step step and extra details as needed to ensure that we were comfortable from the first day we met James until the whole project been finalised. Overall it was positive experience and i wouldn't use anyone else if i ever thought to do any building work again. James you have a great team and you an amazing leader, well done.

Well, I must first thank James for his politeness and hospitality not only in the first instance when we met him, but right through the project. This man has very good patience. We got quoted on this project (Granny Flat) and the sail was very smooth till the end.
Not to mention Richard the project manager was also very cooperative. He answered all calls and returned all calls. Thanks Richard.
We were provided with excellent service from his staff members Veronica and Christina.
On the flip side, they could have alerted the customer on some variation clauses much earlier.
However the project was completed on time with less pressure.

A suggestion - When you handover the keys, please provide an Amescorp key chain - not all your customers play golf.:) ha ha!
The highlight is even after completion and handover they followed up on some minor issues and fixed them.
