There were animal droppings in the delivery (inside the tile boxes), absolutely disgusting. NEVER AGAIN!

Tiles arrived smashed and the store refused to provide any replacement or refund. This delayed my renovations and I had to order through Beaumont Tiles. Will never ever purchase from this store again, they are a bunch of thieves!

Went in looking for some laundry tiles. Libby showed us some different samples. She said we could take a sample tile home with us, but because we walked there, Libby offered to drop it in to us later that day as it wasn't far from where she lives. Great service/great experience.

Very bad experience. Constantly failed to deliver when promised. Left me high and dry to pay a tiler to wait around with no tiles to lay. Never again.

When recently planning a landscaping project, the Amber Seaforth team was extremely helpful. They helped educate me, in a relaxed non-sales way, and helped me when I made mistakes. A pleasure to deal with!

Left feeling very frustrated and disappointed with poor customer service despite being THE only people in the shop obviously wanting help. There were 3 staff members who appeared to be too busy answering the phone or discussing more important matters to help us. I asked for colour choice guidance and was told there was no point in them helping as colour choice was such a personal thing! When we asked a specific question about tile size one staff member came out from behind the desk to check but then the phone rang and she went back to answer it - we were quite flabbergasted and left - will never go back. The only attention we got was when we left without explanation and they came running after us.
We then went to Tiles by Kate in Brookvale - much, much better service!

Worst experience ever. We ordered tiles on a Saturday and paid full amount along with delivery fee. Got a call on Monday saying can’t get you the tiles you want and staff suggested other tiles and we didn’t like them. Asked for a refund and were told they have to follow a process, no process or managers involved to take customers money. And a refund for non supply of tiles involves managers input and a process, double standards and very rude response. Next day no one called us for refund and when we contacted them again very rude to refund our own money. Never recommend this place to anybody and totally agree with other person you walk into the shop, no one cares at desk. They are always too busy talking among themselves until approached by customers
