Amber have great after sale service I purchased 30 square metres of pavers and found seven cracked on the pallet. Maggie the sales lady had no troubles in replacing these pavers with in days.

I have found Amber tiles in Charlestown very good to deal with. All staff are professional and helpful and just plain nice people to deal with. My sales person Kiara, was so helpful and friendly the moment she arrived in the car park. I was early and waiting for the store to open and while she also arrived early, she did not hesitate to help me straight away. Just a very personal service that I will return to next time I need all things tiles.

Our experience with amber tiles was great Annie helped us plan out our bathroom with ease and we were very happy with the choices we were shown and the extent Annie would go to make sure we have everything we want for our bathroom we left there happy and bathroom plan finalised

Poor variety and over priced. The guy that works there that looks like a bearded jockey has no idea what he’s talking about either. Shop elsewhere if you can

I went in to Amber after many frustrations with extremely low stock supplies of my 'dream' tile. Carly not only helped me match the tile perfectly to a floor tile, but had numerous solutions and ways around the low stock issue that I would never have thought of. She is clearly very passionate about her job and I am so grateful for her creativity, passion and customer service she so kindly showed me. Thank you so much Carly!

Great service & friendly, knowledgeable staff. They took the time to understand our re-tiling project needs & offer suitable options. A big selection of tiles made choosing the perfect tiles for our job easy. We will definitely be back for our retaining wall project very soon.

The staff at Amber tiles went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for. When I told them about the features I wanted when they couldn't put there hands on them to show me to save the tantrums as I had my 1yr old with me they kept looking and sent it through to me within 2hrs. I honestly can not fault them!

Searched other outlets but Amber had the tile we were searching for. Annie led us through the routine in the ordering, delivery and coordination with the tiler of our choice and simplified the whole process for us as first timers. Thank you Annie
