I ordered yellow colored stone tile but they gave me white colored stone tile.
Between white color and yellow color are totally different color.
So I gave back that tile to Eddy but Peggy didn't give me my money back untile now.
I don't understand why they kept both, the tile and my money.
Terrible refund system.
I'm very disappointed them.

The showroom provides a good selection of tiles in various price ranges. The support staff was friendly and provided support when required and tips and tricks how to lay tiles and what to watch out for.
The tiles got delivered on time. Great experience

Always listened carefully to my needs and take time to understand and make meaningful suggestions. Prompt with quoting and supply. I never feel I am being rushed to make a decisions and providing samples works well. Also willing to help with finding information for problem solving even when there is no immediate sale in it for them. Amber have always delivered for us.

We shopped extensively for kitchen splash back tiles and were impressed with the range on offer at Amber Tiles at Hornsby. Eddy was very helpful and very patient showing us many different options. We settled on subway tiles in handmade ocean. This decision was made easy as there was quite a large display wall with these tiles so we could envisage the end result. We love the tiles. Thank you

Choosing tiles can be overwhelming but with the help of Elisha, this process was made much easier and overall a great experience. She kept us updated throughout the process and her friendly manner was definitely appreciated.
