Nikki and Mike from the Gregory Hills store are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of various types of tiles and what style would suit a customers taste is excellent. They are both incredibly helpful and impeccable in customer service and made sure I received the best of their attention at all times. There is even a kids play area where my 7 year old was kept busy by Nikki (this is very thoughtful of them) and shows how they go that extra mile to not only make their customers comfortable but even their families. Thank you Nikki and Mike!
Excellent service. We have been shopping for tiles for a while now and getting choice fatigue. We came in late on Saturday, 15 mins before they closed. Nikki was most patient with us and from a few questions was able to ascertain what we need. She is spot on. We walked out of the showroom in 10 mins and selection done. Will strongly recommend this business and will come back again if we are ever in dilemma. Great selection.

Wayne is very friendly and helpful. When we reached there to buy our kitchen tile, it was almost 5pm, but he spent extra time to show us different tiles, suitable for our kitchen's splashback. I strongly advise you to check there before your purchase.
