Amber Tiles

Sales lady was not interested in helping us because we were not ready to order today. Went in to get ideas for bathroom tiles. Had husband and 2 kids with me. Already had colours in mind and wanted a quote with 3 options. Left us on our own. Had to beg for suggestions and a print of products to consider with prices. Excuse was given, ‘sorry love we’re just really busy today’. Not good enough! Give us the time of day or we’ll buy somewhere else.

The service provided by this store was second to none! In particular sales consultant Karen who went above and beyond to help us chose our tiles and nothing was a bother. Not only was Karen extremely helpful, she is also a wealth of knowledge. Karen gave us her undivided attention despite being a busy time of day with many other customers in store. She treated us like we were the only ones there. One of the most pleasant shopping experiences ever. Well done! Highly recommend

The jingle should really be changed to "Karen's got the answer! ". Karen at West Gosy is amazing. So helpful and went out of her way to help us out.even though our request was complicated.

I will NEVER shop at Amber again. We bought Limestone pavers for our pool area, and have since discovered that a single wet leaf, left for a single day will stain TERRIBLY. We would never have bought limestone pavers if we'd known the staining would be so fast and so bad. I just spoke to the owner, Brad, and he said he took no responsibility. He just said it's unavoidable, and that it would happen with any product (which isn't true, because we had concrete pavers before these, and they didn't have any staining problems). He went on to say that he has limestone pavers around his own pool, and he just gets out there every morning with a bottle of bleach and cleans up any stains. "I've just made it part of my routine. " But when I said he should have told us this BEFORE we bought, he said he didn't because it's never been raised before! I'm sorry, Brad, but if you have to clean your pavers with a spray bottle of bleach every morning, then you know full well that it's a problem that needs to be raised with customers! Extremely disappointed.: - (

Great service experience, large range of tiles. Very good service from who I think are a husband and wife team. Friendly and professional.

I would recommend Amber for any future purchases. We had a very good experience in purchasing 93 square metres of tiles which were held on site until we needed them, approx two months. We had to go back and order glue and another time more and each experience was pleasant and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience with the staff at Amber Tiles Gosford. After ordering tiles through a different Central Coast Tile store that never delivered - we contacted Amber in a state of dispair as we had no tiles and a pool area that was being demolished as I spoke to them. They happily helped me out with photos of tiles they had in stock that met our requirements, so up we raced to see the tiles in real life - they were amazing quality and great value. The staff were so wonderful, they organised a fast delivery of 150sqm of tiles. We have never been so relieve when the tiles arrived as promised the following day and between the times that we were advised. I cannot be more impressed with the service we received from these guys. Would recommend them to anyone wanting tiles, it was a great experience. We really wish we had visited Amber first it would have saved us a lot of time, money and stress.

Amber Tiles has a very good tidy display area of their products and the staff were freindly and helpful with my enquiries.

Anne assisted us in our paver selection. She was knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. The showroom and the outside displays make selection easier. In this instance Amber prices were unbeatable!

Great place for pavers and very good customer service, I bought a few pavers the wrong size and swapped them over with no problems. Way cheaper than bunnings.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ann and the rest of the team at Amber Tiles West Gosford. Ann is amazing at what she does! She the perfect product for us and gave us a really good price too. She made the buying and delivery process so much easier and stress free. She was also kind enough to recommend Ian from Specific Paving who has done a phenomenal job at laying the pavers in our outdoor area. Could not recommend both of them and the Amber Tiles products enough.

She gave us honest feedback, tips, pointers and great inspiration. We ended up purchasing all our bathroom tiles and more. Fantastic service, Brad was very helpful in selecting and arranging the laying of the tiles to the Gosford Men's Shed kitchen and office, worked within our budget, support your local business and shop locally.

I swear this would make a great comic segment: On this day the staff member was dealing with me, allowed herself to be interrupted by another customer who barged into the conversation and then she took a phone call with another customer. Was unable to place bathroom part on the order list because the items had 2 product codes (dohh, hate it when that happens). So we just kept it simple and ordered the tiles. Then the tiles were delayed twice over stuffing our tradies around. 'its on the truck, no its not, yes, no. ') I didn't exactly feel special or confident about this outfit. Maybe I'm just expecting to much?
