Amber Tiles

As with someone's else post, we were promised a quote and after 2 weeks of waiting we went back to see them again to hopefully get a price. Was told again please leave your details and we will send you a quote in an hour, and we still didn't receive the quote. They don't know thier products or the prices of anything. They are friendly but clueless.

2 bad experience, twice delivered late by more than a week, promised to call back but we have to chase again & again. Despite staff being very friendly, but inefficient. This young man has no clue and keep doing mistakes. It seems their management is satisfied by the volume of business (due to Covid) but does not care by the service level.

Really disappointed. Many things are wrong here. Don't waist your time going to this store.

Extremely pleased with Amber. The staff are friendly, helpful and know their products. In addition their delivery service has been always on time.

Terrible experience - starts with nowhere to park. BUT when i walked in all the staff put their heads down to look busy and avoid eye contact

I finally asked for help and staff took my details and said they would email a quote for some tiles which never came - to top if off i rang a few times and left messages and nobody ever called back!

I don't normally leave negative reviews but these guys couldn't run a chook raffle! Highly DO NOT recommend

Helpful from the moment i walked into the store.they didn't have one of the tiles i was looking for, but were able to source them at a good price. Communication was also fantastic. 5 STAR service

I have bought tiles here twice now - once for the pool and recently for our bathroom. Both times we were lucky to be served by Pam who we found to be very helpful with her guidance and advice.

Geoff from Amber Tiles Chatswood was great, he patiently helped me with my tile selection so that it matched the colour palette of my kitchen cupboards and benchtop.

I found Amber tiles at Chatswood to be very efficient. I like to thank Corey for his patience in working out colour themes I had in mind, for my outdoor renovation. I chose 3 colours and it looks brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Also big thankyou also to Pam for organisation of the whole order. Her knowledge and experience of the sale from beginning to delivery went smoothly. Pam is such a asset to the team.

Floor staff don't know the product they sell. Requested smooth finish tiles. Received rough finish. Ordered vanity on legs. Vanity arrived without legs. As soon as the issue was reported Amber treated me like a hot potato. Transferring my call from one staff member to another. I was left to deal with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

We have spent a lot of time in searching tiles for our home renovation (3 bathrooms, 1 laundry, living, terrace, balcony and verandah) in Chatswood. At the end we chosen Amber for most of all our tiles. Now the tiling finished, All the rooms look amazing!
Amber has very wide range of tiles, the prices are competitive and leading time is short. The staff in Chatswood Store are all very helpful.
We owe special thanks to Diana, she was our sales representative, she was professional and knowledgeable. She helped us a great deal in selecting tiles, placing order, organising delivery, adding and replacing tiles, the whole process was well organised and very efficient.
We highly recommend Amber Chatswood to anybody like us renovating.

Worst customer service EVER.
Management extremely rude and we had numerous issues which cost us $ plenty and major time delays.
All they want to do is blame 3rd parties, take your money then wipe their hands of you.
If your driving down pacific highway Chatswood, just keep driving to another tile shop.or you will regret it.

Constant delays and excuses. We waited a month for a 2 week order. Delayed our building with no apologies other than blame shifting.
If you want to get something in 2-3 days. Put aside at least 2 weeks and call every day.

Professional and knowledgeable. The team at Chatswood couldn't have been more helpful. We are building a new home and have limited experience with choosing and buying tiles. Jeff went out of his way to explain the various choices and assist with his extensive design experience. Will definitely use them for our next project.

Staff are rude, unhelpful and apparently too busy and important to ever return a phone call or email. Terrible experience all round.

Tiles were cheap, but were delivered at 7.30pm on Friday night.
Terrible refund policy.
Not particularly friendly customer service.

The staff is knowledgable and attentive. Happy I didn't have to travel across town to find the right tiles for my bathroom reno.
