Amart Furniture Port Macquarie

Visited store and assisted by Julie. Julie listened and understood our needs and guided us to the relevant section of the Huge store. Julie was on hand for advice, and, when we made our decision, quickly organised delivery (next day) and removal of our old lounge.
The delivery team arrived early and were efficient patient and polite.
Good customer service.

The ladies at Port Macquarie Amart are AWESOME to deal with. I literally tried out every single lounge in Port Macquarie at every single furniture store, and I found the lounges at Amart were the most comfortable, had the longest warranty by far, and the prices were also the best! It was a no brainer to get my lounge (and a few other pieces from them). Not only that but the sales lady gave me an even better price from that advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend them for when you need any new furniture.

Absolutely disappointing customer service, James in-store was awesome however there was a communication error that could of been easily solved but when I rang up on thrs to check delivery was abused and belittled

All the staff have been factual on their selling approach. All were amazing! (Olivia, Julie, and Mgr. Nick). Didn’t get the name of the other young lady on the counter, she was nice too.

James was brilliant.
We were looking for specific mattresses and he went through them all till we found the best match to our needs.
Really helpful on price and delivery. He went above and beyond.
Excellent service. Excellent knowledge. Great patience and understanding.

Don't buy frauds and poor customer service.
I bougt sofa and they delivered sofa without power pack when I asked for that they told on the way then asked second time told me the product discontinued so I have to buy from another shop and very rude too.

Just brought a house full of furniture our sales person was Rebecca she was wonderful went out of her way to help us could not recommend this store highly enough will be back

Bought the Zander lounge on Boxing Day from Port Macquarie store. Told the sales guy that I was after a recliner lounge as I'm an expectant mother and this style was exactly what I was after. Was asked if I would be picking up or want delivery. Being heavily pregnant I wouldn't be able to collect so paid $128 for delivery.

The lounge was delayed by a month. It was delivered on Saturday afternoon, being told it was the last delivery for the day. The delivery guys dumped the 6 boxes in my lounge room and asked me to sign paperwork. When I queried why the lounge wasn't being assembled and rubbish removed (as every other furniture delivery experience through other major retailers has always been), the delivery guy ignored my request, left in the truck with other delivery guy with no offer to call to the store (I was visibly upset).

I immediately called the store and was told that the sales rep couldn't help me and the store manager would call me back. During this call, they stated that there was an additional fee of $50 for assembly that at no time was ever offered or explained when making the purchase last December. After waiting 1.5hr with no call, I called back and was told the store manager would call me shortly. No call before store closed on Saturday and no call the day after either.

I am incredibly distressed and disappointed in the lack of communication and the fact that it is left up to me as a heavily pregnant woman, not only to assemble the lounge (each box stating it is a team lift) but also to chase the store to get any resolution.

Still waiting for a call back from the store manager to resolve this issue.

Staff is always friendly and put in 100 per cent effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your choice, and a big hand up to Stuart, his knowledge of the floor stock is impeccable.

Stuart was great to deal with! Nice selection of furniture and good prices, they are willing to deal.

Amart at Port Macquarie is a really nice store and the staff are very helpful and they have a great range to choose from.the only complaint I have is that you have to wait so long to get your order. I ordered a Buffet. 8 weeks wait.a wall mirror. 5 months wait.which is ridiculous they should work on that.and it is not because of Covid as it is the blame for everything. I have shopped at a number of Amart stores over the past 20 years and its always the same.long waits to get your delivery.

Went in to buy some outdoor cushions, lovely gentleman offered to help and when I said no left me alone, and once I was done made the checkout process easy and offered assistance to my car (which I declined but was super impressed with) thank you.

Their new super store is very good well laid out, good selection if not on the floor ASK. Competition is good for Port Macq. Will give Hardly Norman a run for their money.

We can't recommend this store enough, especially Rebecca and Julie what absolute assets to the company they are.
We have to say all staff that we dealt with in the old store were FANTASTIC, helpful and friendly. But. I was in the new store yesterday and found new faces that I hadn't previously met, Not so helpful, not so friendly and tried all 3 to get away and avoid me rather than serve or ask if I needed assistance. So pick your staff members and shopping at Amart will be great.
Great prices and so much better quality than their fantastic opposition.

We purchased a Millenia Electric Recliner Lounge chair back in July 2017. We chose the chair after simply trying similar type chairs at many furniture stores along the mid north coast between Forster and Port Macquarie. We liked this one but found the sales person a little pushy until we told her that we would come to her when and if we decided to buy. All OK after that! The purchase turned out to be a good one and until late last year worked quite well, but with a little sporadic malfunctions with the electric recliner. It finally gave out in early January, which prompted a phone call to A Mart customer service to ask for a recommended local repairer. To our surprise and delight we were told that we had a ten year warranty and the problem would be fixed ASAP. The four stars given here is for the service we received in having the item repaired. It took a little time but we were kept up to date with the progress right up until the time Charlie, the technician arrived at our home and despite some complications, promptly had the chair working perfectly. The sales department OK; the customer service department, outstanding.

The two men that delivered the furniture,
were professional.
A great buying experience.

The staff at the Port Macquarie store are so friendly, they are full of knowledge about their products and are always going above and beyond to help. Everytimes my Husband and I have been in there the staff are happy, and willing to have a joke with us.
Keep up the good work! It's great to walk into a store with such a great atmosphere.

Have been shopping at Port Macquarie Super Armart for a long time always great service. A big thumbs up to Rick and Renne today. I will be back.
